Terrible. Removed from the course, which I may have needed to have extended, but they didn't contact me prior to nor after contacting them.

Thanks to Akbar my Trainer he is very professional and supportive. I had a positive experience with Training 212 and would highly recommend them.

training 212 is company where they not only focund of the power point slide instead they also understands your learning style and adopt to the unique custoiesed leaner style of each learner thats why there was diversity in my class and we all synced and learned

Done my course in November got email of passing my assessment in January and still now its End of March and i havent received my certificate they are really unprofessional and unfaithful people. Donot waste your time and money

I did my SIA course on November 8th, and to date, I haven’t received any results. I’ve called and emailed them multiple times, but they never respond. This is really frustrating. They’ve wasted my time, and I’ve missed job opportunities because of it. They also offered a one-day course, which is not the official standard for SIA. We’ve even raised a dispute to get our money back. The whole thing feels like a scam, with people like Usman Javed, Abdullah, and others involved. They have ruined my time and opportunities. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

My brother and friend enrolled in a SIA door supervisor course with **Training212** on **November 8, 2025**, and to date, I have not received any update regarding my certificate or results. Despite making numerous phone calls and sending multiple emails, I have received no response from the organisation.
This has caused serious frustration, as I have missed job opportunities and wasted valuable time. We have formally raised a dispute to request a refund due to their failure to provide the promised certificate and their complete lack of communication.
They operate from **Innovation Centre and Business Base, 110 Great Marlings, Butterfield, Luton LU2 8DL**. I strongly advise others not to consider them. Even if they offer convenience or claim to guarantee a pass through quick facilitation, you may ultimately lose your money and waste your time.
