Since than, I received free updates for some of them and I can only say that you are definetely customer oriented and doing fantastic job.
Moreover, once I deleted by mistake one of my training courses and you provided to me alternative link for it. Your reply was so quick and easy to follow.

Initially I was a little skeptical about downloading the material, but after I purchased and downloaded the first course / workshop on Managing People nearly two years ago, I quickly purchased another 2 courses. The content is excellent, there is space to add to, edit, and personalise in my way (and own brand!). The communication and customer service from TCM is rapid, queries are answered and resolved very quickly. Just added 4 new courses for 2025. I now have 7 awesome workshops in my portfolio offering. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule.
