This company scammed a lot of people they closed our account for no reason and after the 6months they dont respond to our mail for the 600$ funds

I have been using Transaction Cloud for the past 2 years, a very smooth payment processor, and an easy onboarding process, I hope they will be back soon and we will start accepting payments via TC.

I've been highly impressed with Transaction Cloud's commitment and professionalism. Their platform is reliable, seamless, and has been a key asset for my business. I’m eagerly awaiting their return to full operations so I can transition all of my company's billing through them. Transaction Cloud has set a high standard in payment processing, and I look forward to the continued success our partnership will bring.

Long term user of TC. I have been very satisfied with their service for last 3 years. Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed that they are closing and they couldnt do anything to continue. Hence minus one star from my end. I would join TC if they start again and will revise my rating.

I've used Transaction Cloud as a payment gateway on my website, and it has been fantastic! Especially the fact that they have a Woocommerce plugin which was easy to integrate and consistently updated (which I really struggled to find in other payment gateways). Their support is incredibly fast and friendly, and the gateway itself is very professional and reliable. Highly recommend!

I found their service and product very customer focused. They took my suggestions into account and added features that helped my business. I wish they could stay long. I used their service for 3 years and was very satisfied with them. They resolved any issue that came along.

I was informed by their customer service that they are closing down so I had to work hard on finding an alternative. It wasn't easy to find a different service that was as good as TC. But anyways, I hope they will come back soon. I really liked their easy integration, customer service and high conversions my business realized due to their broad set of payment methods.

We used this company's services for six months, and everything was fine at first. Then they suddenly shut down, didn’t return our $1,000, and stopped responding to emails. For three months, they kept telling us that the money would be sent later, but it never happened.

Please do not use their services! There are many complaints about fraud and lawsuits against this company.

Transaction Cloud has been an exceptional platform to work with. From the initial KYC process to full integration, everything was seamless and well-documented. Their payment gateway is smartly designed, offering a variety of options like credit cards and Google Pay, which is a big plus for our customers.

Despite our repeated attempts to contact them via email, they have failed to respond. Consequently, we have filed a complaint of fraud with all relevant US agencies.

I started using Transaction cloud as a business. Business was fine. I deliver digits services via email. There was a customer who didn’t check his email and they went straight to Transaction cloud and asked for a refund. We provided the service delivery with time stamps but Transaction cloud turned off our payment option and suspended our account for 6 months with more than a $1,000 on it. It also made us lose an average of $600 earnings a day and we had to shut down our website and deliver a lot of services for free to compensate other customers.

I am delighted with the seamless onboarding process I experienced with this platform. The initial video connect allowed me to articulate my pain points, providing a clear overview of the challenges I had encountered with previous payment partners. To this date, I have received follow-up messages and updates on what has been done on those points to get me comfortable with their environment. I am truly thankful to their team for taking every feedback seriously and their zeal to implement a solution on top of each point.
I would like to appreciate their support as well as their response time over the email which is usually less than a few minutes. I don't think you can find a better solution than this for processing payments.

Purchased an item through a website that uses your services. Now my bank account is negative and your company has stolen my account information on my debit card. My debit card was only used once and only with this company. Stay away from this company.

They did the verification call which was quick and easy to schedule. I offer personalized price to my customers based on the options they choose. This was quick and easy to automate with Transaction Cloud's API. I have been using the service for two months and I am very satisfied with their responsiveness, uptime, conversions and payouts.

I have been using Transaction Cloud for last 2 years. I have always found their customer service to be very responsive when I reach out to them. Payouts are as promised, whenever I have questions their team gives me the detail I need. Their software seems very robust, I never had issues with downtime. I like that they keep adding more features. I like the affiliate marketing feature which is no-code. Also, I like the sales tax solution they provide, it saves my business valuable time and reduces headache due to VAT, GST, Sales tax filing in various jurisdictions.

We are happy to share that we have a great experience with Transaction Cloud. Their support is fast, helpful and responsive and the interface is clean and fast. Weekly payouts are also great, and the checkout process is smooth.

We joined Transaction Cloud’s platform at the end of 2021. Integration was quick and simple. Everything works as expected. We like their fast customer service and tech support. Platform is very stable, we haven’t seen any downtime. Our customers like the variety of payment methods. Recently, they launched affiliate marketing feature and we are using that to grow our business. I like that they keep adding features to help grow our business!
