There are many services for automated transcriptions from audio and video.  Transcripto is a new player in the field.
Transcripto's services are easy to use. After logging on, one chooses the media's language and the number of speakers. The latter helps with identifying automatically who is about to utter the next sentences: Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc. That element simplifies attributing quotes afterwards. For academic users, it also anonymizes the data, which is a plus. Many, many formats of media can be uploaded. This cuts down the step of transferring a file from a format to another. Users then rapidly get an estimate in their own currency. Within two clicks, you can have paid, and you wait for your transcription. Invoices are emailed and are available on their website. 
I used the service with a few English-language files. The transcription is not perfect, but it is really good. I mostly used their services for Canadian French. My gut feeling and wholly-not-scientific assessment is that accuracy is in the 70-75% range. I might seem low to some, unless you tried other services that do not involve lengthy-train-an-algorithm-yourself software. Other services I tried for French were nowhere as effective. If you are looking for transcription for languages other than English, you should definitely give Transcripto the old college try.

Bin beim Schreiben meiner Masterarbeit drauf gestoßen und es hat mich gerettet, da ich es sonst zeitlich nicht geschafft hätte, meine Experteninterviews zu transkribieren. Bei 13 Interviews, die im Schnitt so 50 Minuten gedauert haben, war das Tool in weniger als einer halben Stunde fertig. Gezahlt habe ich weniger als 20€ all in, was im Vergleich zu anderen Tools echt ein Schnäppchen ist. Qualität war auch einwandfrei, musste wenig nachbessern. Tipp: ich habe meine Interviews digital gemacht und die Qualität des Transkripts war am besten bei Aufnahmen über Zoom, da dabei die Audio-Aufzeichnung auf beiden Geräten erfolgt.
Kann das Tool für Transkription nur empfehlen!
