Storia di ieri: volo cancellato, arrivo a Malpensa a mezzanotte, nessun treno. Disperata, trovo su internet questo servizio. Chiamo, prenoto in 5 minuti. Macchina già lì che aspettava! Autista super simpaico, macchina di lusso, mi ha portato direttamente in hotel a Bormio come un boss. Prezzo meno di un taxi! Se cercate un transfer serio e veloce, questo è il posto giusto. 10/10!

STAND FAR FROM THESE SCAMMSTERS!!!!! after confirming in writing with the company that they will wait in the airport for me and i gave them my flight no. as they requested, they simply did NOT SHOW UP 5 people were waiting there with two babies late at night trying to call them email them with NO RESPONSE!!! thats after they took a 10% confirmation fee AND THEY DON"T WANT TO RETURN IT after an an hour and half i reliesed they wont come i took a local taxi and had to pay an extra 220 euros. THEIVES THEY SHOULD FACE PORSECUTION if you want to support theft please book now! such thieves then they write that they don't recognize the booking my booking no is tm21841 and can send the email conversation to anyone who requests

Non e prima volta che ordino transfer da questa compania. Sempre puntuali e precise, machina pulita. Questa volta nostro viagio era da Milano a Genova - tempo volato. Grazie per un ottimo servizio.

I would give a zero to this company and would not recommend it. I booked a transfer from Milan to Malpensa Airport, but the taxi never showed up. We were stuck in the middle of the night with kids, trying to find an alternative last minute.
When I contacted customer support the next morning, the only explanation I got was, “The driver forgot.” I asked for a refund, but it’s been five days and I still haven’t received anything.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked transportation with this company and clearly specified in writing the size of vehicle we required. Despite that, they showed up with an unsuitable vehicle that did not meet our needs.

When I showed the driver the email confirming the request, he responded, “That’s not my problem—if you don’t want the Sprinter, I’ll leave.” Not only was this dismissive and unprofessional, it was downright rude.

To make things worse, the company has completely ignored my follow-up messages requesting a refund of the €40 deposit we paid in good faith.

Avoid this company unless you’re okay with unreliable service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I regret trusting them and hope others don’t make the same mistake.

This company is a complete scam!! Be very careful booking it.
Our experience was horrendous and very dangerous. To this day I’m not sure who collected us from the airport, but id be fairly sure the driver/s we had don’t have any taxi license neither they are insured. The van ( 8 seater) we were in, broke down on a fast road somewhere in France. The driver had absolutely no English/Italian/French ( we were travelling from Milan to a ski resort in France) , he had no vehicle emergency kit ( hazard warning triangle , high viz jacket), the car was left with no power on the road , cars coming at speed from behind and no way to mark the car is broken. As it turned out , both the driver and the car were Ukrainian , neither the van or the driver we ordered. Seeing how old the car was, and the mileage on it - its no surprise it broke down. To this day I don’t know what exactly happened here. But, since TransferMilan refuses to answer my calls&texts, I guess I’ll never find out.
Here is our story:
We were picked up by a driver who had absolutely no English, an old van with Ukrainian registration, different to what we originally booked. Unfortunately, in a rush to get going , I failed to notice the van is not what I ordered. I did see the driver’s name doesn't match the name I was given by the company, but assumed they switched to a different driver, again failed to notice that the foreign phone number he was whatapp’ing me from, wasn't Italian number but actually Ukrainian.
From there it got worse. An hour into our drive, we were driven to some petrol station where we stopped for a while and then another driver appeared who took over. No explanation, as this driver also had absolutely no english, italian or French. (At that point I realised that while we were travelling for almost an hour now, we were only half an hour away from where we started... throughout the drive , the driver kept talking on his mobile phone with no hands free or a phone holder in the car. There was no driver name or license displayed, and no company name displayed anywhere in or outside the car.
The driver was driving very strangely, skipping paying toll bridges, by driving really closely to the car in front, and once barrier lifted for the car in front, drive straight after before barrier comes down.
The worst was yet to come. About 45 min from our destination, the lights on the car stopped working (it was nighttime at this stage). Instead of pulling to a petrol station on the side, the driver continued driving into the darkness with no lights on. Only after i started shouting you have no lights, he stopped. The car wouldn’t start again.
At this point, we are sitting on the road ( no hard shoulder to pull in on the side). The driver has no warning triangle, or any other hazard equipment in case of an emergency. The driver didn't even turn on the warning lights in the car. We all jumped out of the car, as we were afraid we will get hit by the approaching cars coming from behind, which often had to hit breaks to avoid us. The driver kept talking to someone on the phone ... he wasn't making any contact with us or trying to call a rescue service. Instead, it was us that called French rescue service, who came and tawed the car ( together with us in it) to the nearest garage.
Important to mention that at this point we were almost 3 hours delayed , as our friends that flew together with us, and who rented another taxi ( from a different company) , arrived at our destination hours ago.
Once the car broke down, we realized that the car is not what we ordered ( Mercedes Benz), but some old Renault van with over 400 000 km on it ( as per dashboard). it had Ukrainian plates , and the driver claimed he is not working for TransferMilan. We had enough at this point and called a local ( French) taxi that brought us the last 40-50 min drive to our destination. At this point I was seriously wondering have we been abducted by someone who managed to steal our details from the taxi company.
I contacted TransferMilan straight after, they were extremely unhelpful – they insisted they will keep the money deposit for this trip + return, and refused to answer who were the drivers and the van that collected us, even after I submitted the photos of the van. To this day I don’t know who was driving us around, as neither the van nor the driver/s were what TransferMilan said they were sending. But, by their silence and refusal to engage , I presume they are part of this scam.
Fortunately, nobody got hurt – as I’d be fairly sure the van and the driver are both illegal with no insurance.

Ottima esperienza con questa compagnia. Il nostro transfer era da Malpensa a Genova cruise port. per 5 persone abbiamo preso Mercedes V, per gruppo ottimo e anche conveniente! Auto era pulita e nuova, driver molto disponibile e preciso. Grazie. Consiglio.

A fuir!!!! Réservé 48h à l’avance, chauffeur absent à notre arrivée tardive à Milan, refus de nous répondre au telephone, menés en bateau en nous faisant croire à un accident du chauffeur, une honte!!!!!

Il viaggio è stato piacevole e confortevole. Due ore volati come un secondo. Machina quasi nova e pulita. Lo consiglio

I booked a transfer from Rapallo to Bergamo Orio al Serio airport. At 3am, a taxi was already waiting for us at the entrance to the hotel, and we arrived comfortably. I received information and booking confirmations by phone (Whatsapp) and email, and the day before the trip I was notified that the driver was assigned. I am satisfied with the service.

We unfortunately cannot recommend this company as we had such a terrible experience…
When we eventually arrived in Milan from South Africa with our 2 year old child after an approximately 14 hour flight, which you can imagine was quite exhausting, TRANSFER MILAN was not at the airport. Our flight was slightly delayed and our luggage did take some time to come through. We did manage to call the driver to make her aware of the delays. She immediately requested more money if we wanted her to wait for us. We were taken by surprise by her rudeness and abuse on the phone. She was not interested in waiting for us. We were left stranded at the airport on a Sunday morning and we had paid a deposit too.
We then contacted the Head Office and they were not interested in helping out and were in agreement with the driver.
The other transfer companies at the airport were fully booked… we needed a transfer company to take us to Forte which is approximately a 3 hour drive from Milan.
We had to check into a hotel inMilan (an unplanned cost) and urgently organize a Transfer with another company for the next day… this was in July which was high season. We found an amazing company who was very kind to help us out at such short notice.

Out of all the companies this is the worst. I have booked a ride from milan to Switzerland since I got a medical appointment there and have insisted on knowing all the details (car type and exact cost) and the site mentioned it's 457€, got 3 confirmation emails and only few hours before the trip they sent me and email that the price has changed to 660 euros as the fuel price has changed (knowing I booked only one day before so prices can never change that fast). It's a nightmare for me cause I can't find a car now and they were negotiating to send me a small car instead for still a higher price than what was listed. Never ever trust this company. Very disappointed

Very easy to make a booking from site. Competitive prices. The price is cheaper than a taxi!
