Mary was my assistant today and she was able to answer all of my questions and direct me back to the seller for the details that he would only have. She responded quickly, professionally and with proper spelling and grammar which was appreciated. This is my first time to the site and so it is my first time considering using this site as an alternative for how I book a vacation. WARNING: TransferTravel.com is a Scam – Do NOT Trust Them
I was lured in by an email from TransferTravel.com (specifically Christine Siregar) offering Southwest Points. I paid the required amount through PayPal within minutes, and the payment was accepted without issue. I was promised the points would be applied to my account the same day. It’s now been FIVE DAYS, and despite repeated assurances and empty promises, NOTHING has been delivered.
When I requested a refund, I was again told it would be processed “within the day.” That was over 24 hours ago, and still no refund. This company is quick to take your money but fails to deliver on every promise. Their behavior is deceptive and feels outright fraudulent.
Stay FAR away from TransferTravel.com. They advertise points and credits they never provide, leaving you out of pocket and frustrated. If you value your time and money, avoid this site at all costs.
