Recently purchased the new age of extinction Optimus prime which i have been waiting years to release the figure was great but the only thing is it should have included the blaster from the movie
I purchased the Haslab Unicron and it came with a missing piece. I was kind enough to offer them to just send me the digital file of that missing piece so I'll go to a 3D printing company so they could make me one. They replied saying they can't and they offered to check if they have that missing piece in stock if I will send them a bunch of documents. After I sent them everything I needed, the customer support agent, Deanna, just disappeared. I tried to email them few times and I was just ignored. They have the worst post purchasing service I've ever seen! Before purchasing they are replying to emails and very helpful. But if you have a problem with one of their products after? It's like talking to the wall.
