We had a problem with our Samsung washer. It had an extended warranty through Leon's and we were told to contact Trans Global (Dartmouth NS). I must say the entire process was great. Douglass, the technician assigned to come out and assess the problem, quickly determined what was wrong, ordered the parts and later completed the repair efficiently. Overall a great experience.

Waited at home 3 separate times for repair work that was scheduled - January 14 2026, March 25 2026 and now April 7 2026. The tech never arrived and the company never advised he would be a no show. They just keep booking another appointment and the repair guy doesn’t show up. I am so fed up with this terrible lack of customer consideration.
Impressive knowhow
1. Called 7:45 am on a Wed. and the tech 16607143arrived 12:45 pm same day -- That in it self says something very positive about rapid response time
2. Within 1 hour, in / out to discover th etwo parts needed to repair. While that means a second service call, 16607143 took time to request the two pasrt while here on iste thereby minimizing the overall repair time -- and good news, the two parts are in town
3. Polite, teacher like in explanations so I understand the issue and how I / we can reduce the frequency of future issues
4. knowledgeable as knew what to do, what to look for so his experience was great -- Right company, to fix our issue at the right time
5. Overall, we were very impressed and satisfied with the work 16607143 completed for us
Excellent Service
Reached out to Transglobal via the Enercare protection program on a dishwasher issue. The technician from TechPro was prompt - understood quickly the part that needed to be replaced. Took picture, promptly ordered the part, called and returned in approx a week to replace the broken part in the dishwasher.

Turned off water to my water filtration system
They booked my installation a week later than my requested day when the installer came, my water filter and dishwater’s water function was working fine. It was the power that was a problem when he left. My water filter was no longer working, and they refused to come back and fix the connection that he turned off fighting that one of my valves is damaged. Damaged or not all my water was functioning before he arrived and now it’s not working and they refused to come back and fix it. Nobody from Trans global will call me back or the third-party that sent the installer.
This customer service is awful
This customer service is awful! I paid for an extended warranty with the Brick Collingwood, ON. They took my money and say they can't do anything.....what a waste of money. Trans global service is terrible. You can only speak with an answering service. There system is not current and gives conflict and inaccurate information on timeliness and updates. We have been without a washing machine since Nov. 29 and today is Jan. 7. Both the Brick Collingwood and Transglobal are an embarrassment and lack any customer service and are not willing to expedite any service calls in situations such as this.

technician was great, but company will not give a time line all they say is progressing in a timely manner. 7 weeks and counting fridge still will not work. not progressing in timely manner for me. do not recommend

The worse customer service! Only good feedback would be about your technician who arrived on time, was polite and pretty fast. Otherwise we have nothing good to say about you ! You guys are a nightmare. One month without refrigerator, took them two weeks to submit a claim/paperwork
GE dishwasher
GE dishwasher. Been two months no call after tech came for diagnosis text for eta on parts no reply. Call in to see what’s going on parts here in a week. Show up to fix motor no/wrong o ring. Done with this company for ever such a scam. Take your money up front and treat you like a chump.

I would recommend never buying an LG appliance as a warranty repair by Transglobal is a complete joke!! After several call to them, no one can tell you the exact situation. It’s always “parts are on order and waiting for delivery”! For 2 weeks!!! Come on Transglobal !!!

I will give them zero stars if I had that option. They have something called "milestone reward program" to attract clients. But it is a complete scam, they use nasty techniques and confusing language from the certificate of insurance when you submit your claim. Poor customer service, dont recommend this insurance company at all.

A very long 13 day wait for a tech to come and assess my dishwasher. When I emailed asking for this to be expedited, there was no reply from customer service. This company is owned by Leon's furniture so not gonna shop there or at the Brick ever.

we have dishwasher repair order from enercare. they give us appointment after one week and took one more week to order parts. patrick campbell technician didnt come on time he came one hour late,spent two hours to service and could not fix my dishwasher. i call them back to send other technician they said i have to have new service order which takes long time to get appointment. so i told them send the same person next day. they didnot send him back they give me appointment after 4 days.i had to call some other company to repair my dishwasher and paid from my pocket.

I have been a customer of Trans Global Service since 2019. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The technician MIKE for the Red Deer area goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. He is very curteous, knowledgeable and down to earth. I highly recommend this company and especially their technician MIKE!!
