I was looking online for a specialist bike part that is generally out of stock. Many providers were offering it but not for several weeks. This apparently small business not only had it in stock but offered free overnight delivery. Though it sounded too good to be true they have delivered. I am most impressed.
This is the second time transition cycles have provided excellent service. This time the hydraulic back brake on my jump bike failed (last time it was my BMX bike). Jon went through all the stages of possible repair until it became obvious that replacement was the only option. Even then, the brakes he suggested were at a discounted price, despite being of high quality. They were fitted promptly on the same day, even though it was a Saturday. Many thanks Jon for your wisdom and patience, she's like a different bike now
I bought my e-bike from Transition Cycles 5+ years ago and it has been regularly serviced by them since, always keeping it in top condition. I have now ordered my next e-bike from Transition and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have used Russ and the team on numerous occasions over the past few years. From the setting up of a tubeless system on my e-bike to the replacement of the chain and rear cassette in more recent times, Russ has taken care of the job with care and quality. I have used Transition for the purchase of tools, bikepacking luggage and lighting. The selection of items in the store is impressive. Brought my mtb with faulty mech on derailleur, guys were very quick to assess what must be done and resolved the problem in less than an hour with a new derailleur from themselves, thanks guys!
Brought my damaged E MTB to the shop and guys did a great repair job, explained everything simply and helped get a new key. Packed it up for shipping and carried it to the car. Couldn’t be happier. These guys are clearly professionals who love their job. Thanks Russ and the team
