I absolutely love this item. I had a full range of options to make it just as I imagined. The wood top notch. I couldn’t be more happy.

Good job and nice with a beautiful memory

My initial order was placed on January 31 for a Valentine’s Day gift of which it didn’t arrive on time because they said they had more orders than they anticipated. When it finally did arrive, it was chipped on the edges and could not be gifted. I made the company aware that I was not satisfied and sent them photos to prove its condition, and as a result they created another one of which they shipped.on February 24 and it arrived in the United States NY postal carrier awaiting international clearance on March 2nd. I have followed up several times to make them aware that I have still not received my order 41 days after they shipped it. I have requested a refund and they are ignoring my communications. I would not recommend ordering from this company as it is not reputable vendor.

So beautiful and perfect. The location of our first date is being demolished and I wanted to make sure we got it before it was too late. The item comes from Australia and I kid you not, it arrived faster than most US online purchases. Super well packaged. Notifications that didn’t keep me wondering. The plaque itself looks better in person than on IG. It may seem expensive but it’s so worth it. If I knew how awesome the experience would be, I would have ordered multiple for other important dates. Best purchase of 2026 by far. It’s so worth the money.

The customization can be frustrating as certain selections made will erase previous selections. Upon placing my order I realized this had happened, and the location I had listed, which is the bookstore where I met my husband, had been replaced by a generic default location. There was no option to cancel the order. I sent an email immediately to notify the company of the issue and ask for the location to be corrected. They advised they could not change the location as somehow the item had already printed despite how quickly I reached out. The item also came cracked. Not a good anniversary present.

It was a gift for my husband and he loves it. Will be ordering more for sure.

Update - I have now reported this business to the Federal Trade Commission. I’ve also filed a dispute with PayPal and they have approved a full refund. You have options people! Don’t let this “business” get one over on you!!!

Never received my item - but they sure got my money and refused to refund. Tracking shows item at the same place for well over a month. Customer support just tells you it’s on its way and thanks you for your patience. I wouldn’t use this business again.

I seriously want my money back. Its just a low resolution sticker of a map stuck to a clear piece of plastic with loose pea sized magnets that were lost immediately.
I mean I KNEW what it was made of... but what a piece of crap when you see how underwhelming it is. This will NOT be a part of my anniversary present. It's too cheap looking.

It’s been 2months having not received the package, many emails sent to the support team for the refund but no any feedback received. I’ve legally escalated it to my lawyer.

Sadly way over priced for what arrived and how it was presented!!!!

Ordered a the magnet plaque, Calendar format, with the date 19 June 2022. Item delivered showed the date 06 July 2022. Email responses were slow, and replacement plaque still reflected the wrong date, even after 3 replacement attempts, with the guarantee that the correct date would be printed.
Last follow-up email on 11 March 2026 has since been left unanswered.

There were bubbles in the acrylic. The colors looked way more muted than on screen. Cool concept though.

They printed up the wrong address. Customer service was terrible. Wasted money on what was supposed to be a Valentine’s gift.
