I contacted Mr. Randall Ng of Transworld for our relocation to Canada, at the recommendation of a friend who has used their service to move to the UK a few years ago. From the first minutes I spoke to Randall, I felt confident in using their service to help our move. It turned out to be a very good decision, as we have very much enjoyed working with Randall and his team during the process. Randall has been very helpful and responsive, giving the necessary advice to us to facilitate our move and the subsequent clearing of the Customs at the destination. Once our belongings were collected from our home and the shipment started, their Toronto team, led by Kathy Chu, were in contact with us and provided the clear steps in going through the customs clearing. The whole process has been very smooth and we have encountered no issues at all. On the delivery day, Kathy’s delivery team – Raymond and Fei, have done a very good job and laid out all our boxes on the floor in an orderly manner which enabled us to find our items earlier.
Transworld’s team has been very professional and courteous, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a relocation to other places.

Terrible after sales service. The move was smooth from Hong Kong to Canada until i received the stuff. One of the mover packed my antique clock wrong and caused damages to the base of my clock and the internal as well. I had to pay an extra 1,500~2,000 hkd to pack this clock and in the end i get a damaged clock. Just because i didnt get their insurance, they were only able compensate me 1,600 hkd. But clearly it was a mistake from their side and they are not taking full responsibilty of the mistake. I did not know insurance was to cover for the movers unprofessional mistake.

No one from the branch in Canada came to look at the damaged clock. They intially offered only $500 hkd as compensation and then offered $1,600 hkd when i didnt accept the intial offer. If you are willing to offer 3 x more than your initially offer, it also means you agree that the clock was mispacked.

I would not recommend this company if you are not getting their insurance and are moving funiture / stuff than cannot be packed in a normal carton box.

Updated part: their so call mutual agreement was not even mutual. They showed no interest in fixing the clock or arranging someone to check the damage. All they did was give a compensation. They don’t care about the customer.

Efficient movers who helped with packing breakable items. Very good attitude, professional manner.
UK delivery was swiftly executed. All items intact. Would not hesitate to recommend Transworld to others who need overseas removal.

Your service quality is very good. Your employees especially Kris and Fiona are patient with customers and willing to provide assistance and support. They would respond immediately no matter when customers ask questions. During the handling process, the porters were very careful and focused on protecting customers' belongings. They were of high quality. When the items started to be delivered, Fiona in the UK also regularly reported the progress to me, making me feel very reassured and trustworthy. After arriving in the UK, the porters who moved the items home were also very professional, polite and friendly. I am very satisfied with the entire service process and of high quality. I will recommend it to my friends.

In August 2022 we had a shipment of 3.5m3 of household effects and books sent to the Algarve in Portugal. Dave and his team made it very easy for us. We did the packing and inventory and Transworld did the rest. The shipment arrived in perfect condition and on time. We thought it was great value too. Thank you so much.

Our relocation to the UK was handled efficiently by Transworld Relocation, their sales representative Kris was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the price was also very reasonable. Despite a red rainstorm warning on the day of pick-up, their transport team waited for two hours and collected the boxes professionally. Our shipments arrived in the UK after approximately ten weeks. Fiona, their UK representative, followed up closely with us, and the truck drivers handled the boxes with care. All members of the team are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend their services.

During early May 2024, I used Transworld Relocation for my local removal from Coventry to Edinburgh, and I am pleased to share my positive experience.
From the start, the communication with the sales team was clear and responsive. He provided all the necessary information promptly and answered all my queries with professionalism.
On the day of the move, we encountered an issue with the weight capacity of their van, which couldn't carry over 3 tons. This meant that even with two vans, not all of my belongings could be delivered on the same day. This was initially a concern, but the team handled it with great efficiency and courtesy.
The team immediately consulted with their warehouse manager and devised a plan to deliver my belongings over two days. I was impressed by their willingness to provide extra service without any additional cost, even arranging for the second delivery on a Saturday to ensure all my items were delivered safely to Edinburgh.
Throughout the process, the team of 3-4 men worked diligently. Special thanks to Bryant, Steve, Daniel, and Michael for their hard work and dedication.
Overall, I had a brilliant experience with Transworld Relocation and would strongly recommend their services.
