Not a customer of theirs, but had a direct negative experience when their vehicle blocked my driveway. Raised it calmly and was met with rudeness rather than an apology — told I "don't own the bloody street." Sharing this so others know what to expect if their crew works near your property
cannot commend this company highly enough for the tremendous job they have done in building a new driveway which has completely improved the look of my house. The level of planning, coordination and communication before and during the work was unparalleled in my experience.
During the work, the technical knowledge and professionalism shown by Calum and his team was quite amazing and the work was undertaken as scheduled and finished on time to the highest possible standard. Bad weather did not stop work and the team worked cheerfully throughout a day of heavy rain always taking great pride in their work.
Throughout, the customer service was fantastic and director, Peter Lee and office manager Susan answered any queries almost by return. All in all an excellent job from an excellent company
