Bought a Travel Synch booking package as a birthday gift for my sister in March. The confirmation never arrived, customer support took four days to respond, and when they finally did they blamed a system error. No resolution offered. Her birthday came and went with nothing to show. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a gifted booking.

Booked Fast Track through this company without looking at TP - my mistake. They refused to make a refund when airport did not offer Fast Track on the day of my travel. Do not use this company.

ABSOLUTE SCAM.
I thought I was on an Airports official website to order fast track passes. They took hours to come through. I found out it wasn't the Airports site shortly after I was concerned why it was taking so long for these passes to come through. The passes took about 3hours to come through.
Today, I was notified by my bank that a transaction was declined and to get in touch. Thankfully they did reject the payment of £79 for something I knew nothing of and wouldn't be using this site ever again.
I did however see someone else's review saying the didn't get any notification of the payment for £79 and No way to unsubscribe. I went through my emails to see if i had received an email about the payment? Absolutely Nothing and NO unsubscribe in emails from them when I ordered the passes.
I will NOT be caught out by a scam like this again. A lesson learned

Rushing to catch a flight and requiring fast lane access, I ended up on this site instead of the official airport site purchasing a one-time fast track access. The pass took almost one hour to be issued becoming useless and forcing me to issue another fast track, this time from the official provider. Worse was to come, as three days later I was billed Euro 79 for a subscription package apparently well hidden in the one-time fast lane purchase. Additionally, the unsubscribe webpage returns with a ‘404 page not found’.
I requested refund minutes after being scam billed, which was denied.
Reported to my bank and to national cyber fraud authorities.

Scam scam scam stay away. Paid for 1 fast pass and was never notified at any stage or emailed to say it was a subscription package. Thankfully my card was flagged for fraud by the bank as they had began to charge the subscription fee. The unsubscribe webpage returns with a ‘404 page not found’ and the request for an email to unsubscribe doesn’t actually send any emails to unsubscribe.

Total SCAM. Paid for fast track at Dublin airport. 3 days later they tried to charge 79 € subscription fee.Nowhere was this signposted or flagged in the process.
Avoid it in any costs

SCAM PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SEVICE!

They don’t send the fast track code in time and I had to pay at the kiosk I asked them for a refund and they wouldn’t honour it.

This is a scam they have tried to take £70 out of my bank. Luckily my bank have declined the transaction.

Do not use this service use the kiosk.

Chopin airport Poland should be ashamed of even letting this happen to their airport users.

Do not use. No mention when I booked fast track offering yearly subscription. But the day after we got home there it was €79 charge. Tried contacting them, useless tried stopping it with the bank already pending. Sent email full of apologies but no refund. Next time I'd walk home rather than use this outfit 😡

Total scam, stay away!! I erroneously performed the access to book the fast track at an airport to later find out it was free. Beyond this, they charged me 79€ for a subscription that was not clearly stated anywhere. Contacted the customer service on the ground on the EU directive for recess within due time and they simply refused. Opacity and scam

This company is so slow issuing my fast track ticket for the airport that that after 1/2 I had not received it i emailed them to complain but they eventually got back to me and said your ticket has been issued

Be swear that unnoticeable you get roped into a yearly subscription.

Fake phone number on their site

Booked incorrect day and for wrong amount of passengers, ignored all Comms via email and site contact form.

They charge a subscription fee - cancel this in your account on the site.

SCAM - DO NOT ENTER DETAILS ON WEBSITE - They charge you for a fast track security ticket and then sign you up to a subscription without any mention of it during purchase. Thankfully my bank stopped the suspicious payment.

Wish I had seen these reviews, Just got scammed into a subscription and their number to contact them does not work...paid 12 euro for a fast track I never got then had a 79 Euro subscription taken from my account. SCAM

This is a scam. I was put into a subscription without my knowledge so not only did I pay above the usual rate for fast track security, I was then charged an extortionate monthly subscription. This all happened in the space of a week and have been refused a refund.

Absolutely appalling. This is a scam and fraud and should be shut down immediately.

I purchased a fast track through airport security using this company. The app wasn't very easy to use & even though I'd been emailed a QR code, I was still asked for more details, which I'd found rather odd.
I have returned home to be contacted by the Fraud Team at my bank, advising me that Travel-Synch have tried to request a payment. The bank declined the payment.
I believe this is a "fraudulent business".
