Terrible! I specifically stated I needed a room that was pet friendly. They made me a reservation at a hotel in St. Cloud. Upon arrival, we were advised that the hotel did not accommodate pets. The hotel tried to contact me but the telephone number that was listed wasn’t even close to my number. The hotel agreed to cancel my reservation and has been very helpful. I contacted travel.com and have been getting no satisfaction. All I asked for was a refund which they continue to deny even though the hotel agreed to cancel the reservation without issue. I was advised to go on travel.com support site to download the appropriate forms. The webpage doesn’t exist.

Charging the price of a whole flight to make 1 change I accidently made when booking and not having noticed within 24 hours - now have half a holiday - yes my mistake however i still have 2 1/2 months until the flight and in all honesty is ridiculous and money grabbing - shock.... not

I received a response from them requesting my travel id, which I immediately provided. Radio silence after that despite the fact that I provided my email address and phone number.
This is a company which does not even try to rectify their blatant wrong.
Absolutely appalling.

Travel.com never informed me my flight was cancelled. If I didn’t book the same flight for my son directly with airline I would have been stuck in California. Not to mention they refused to give me back the taxes and fees for the flight. Plus $20 difference airline refunded x 2 tickets. $80 of my money they kept because airline canceled my flight! Thanks Priceline/travel.com

Was very happy with the service I got from Ahmed. He help me to get 3 tickets Resealable prized tickets in this busy season. I will highly recommend to family and friends. Will be booking another holiday soon
