Very easy way to book our dive travel and prices sew reasonable compared to travel agencies.

Very easy to book
Very easy to book, they communicated well. My only comment might be that in completing the forms, we had to put in the same information repeatedly. As an experienced diver/traveler, each part of the process usually has their own form, but it would seem that with current technology there would be a way to complete each form with one entry of the info.

Imperfection. Not perfect, but okay
I got good information on the site. Some questions I had were not there. I like the diver insurance that comes with the booking. I did get a phone call from PADI almost immediately after I sent the booking request. I asked several question and had several concerns. I was told by PADi that they would contact the resort/dive shop and inform them of my concerns and get answers to my questions. I was told that I would get an email with answers and follow up. I never heard from PADI. Shrug. Hope they don't take it out on me for this honest review.

The whole team have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. We made a change a couple weeks out and Giacamo was amazing in helping us do that. Very easy process to book.

Open water Malta
Mica was amazing, helping me get my open water certification. She was wonderful to speak to and had great communication in getting my booking sorted for Malta. It was so nice speaking with a person instead of a robot. I had the best time in Malta and getting my padi open water was the highlight of my year. Hope to get my advanced booked soon.
