As always, we had a great experience on our recent trip to Umrah and that was thanks to Romina, who went above and beyond to make our time in the blessed lands smooth and seamless. I had my elderly parents with me so was quite worried, but everything was taken care of, from flights to transfers to hotel bookings. Just perfect without any hiccups!

Booked my Dubai hotel with Romina, she got me an amazing rate with Half Board, and at a more desirable hotel for the same price as a booking I made online which was only BB. She also supported us with other hotels I had regrettably booked online which were non-refundable, by calling the hotel for us. She is very knowledgable and makes customised recommendations that fit the client need. Overall brilliant at what she does and goes above and beyond to delight the customer, I would go back to her in a blink.
