service is operating and not very satisfied. i have tried contact support twice, have to wait long before response and not providing clear answer, so i get confused with price is a bit high if compared to others, feel like paying extra to attend a simple process. website is easy but support side is not good and will not come again so easily.

It is not a bad service, however, there are certain drawbacks. The support might be more proactive and explicit because I did not receive adequate guidance when I posed questions. Another issue is the price, which seems to be too expensive considering the type of service offered.
