I went to Europe trip with my spouse and 2 children on June 2026. It was all arranged by Travel Junky team. They shared plan with me and all payments are done 3 months before. They promised me to share all the vouchers and tickets 1 month prior to the trip. They did not share anything 1 month before and when asked they told they will share 1 week before. I kept telling them we are first time traveler and also with 3 yr children, we need all the plan in advance. They did not share before 1 week also saying our on-field team will take care everything. We reached Europe and they shared next day activity vouchers. I do not have time to plan at all. They booked the river cruise at 10 am next morning and hop-n-hop bus booked to reach there which also start at 10 am and there were no other means of transport to reach at the river cruise from the booked hotel. We missed the river cruise that day. During the trip all the valid vouchers were shared just one night before. They generally booked through third party which are not accepted any where directly. So you need to be in line for 30mins and then get to know that vouchers won't work. Then you will call to on-field team and they will give correct vouchers or ask to search/wait for there agent to come. Its vary frustrating. Another day they booked one activity to go to top of the Europe at 10.20 AM and from hotel to that place was showing 3.30 hours. That day also we missed that activity.

I would say the planing team and booking team of Travel Junky do not co-ordinate.
They do not consider the distance and way of communication available from my hotel to the desired place during the booking. The field team also not capable of helping and guiding during the tour.

I had one of the best trip of my life with my wife, we enjoyed a lot and I don't think it could go any better, thanks to travel Junky me and my wife enjoyed a lot

My experience with Travel Junky is good. I enjoy my trip in Bali. Highly recommended
