Travel Lightly レビュー 

Just back from our 2nd trip booked with Travel Lightly. They were the same price as booking directly with P&O but I felt getting all our tickets sorted personally by Mags was so much easier. Thanks again and looking forward to our next cruise in March xx

Mags and I worked together in Jamaica (a while ago!) when Mags was working for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Mags would always go on interesting trips and we'd enjoy the stories when she returned. Fast forward to 2024. Tom and I were lucky enough to be invited to the Paris Olympics and we decided to tag on a holiday at the end. Contact was made with Mags (knowing that she would immediately understand what we wanted) and an outline of what we would like to do. Options were presented by Mags and honestly could not have been more spot on for us . We throughly enjoyed our 4 day break in Loire Valley and the hotel choice Relais de Chambord was an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much Mags - you ticked all the boxes for us.

An end to end solution and thanks for sorting out all aspects of the travel, hotel etc in Vienna.

This is the first time I have use an independent travel agent but was caught out by cancellations last year when I organised my own trip so wanted some help this year both in the planning but also by having the assurance if something went wrong I would have someone to call. Mags was amazing. From the time we spent at the beginning chatting about what I was looking for and setting a budget to suggesting several options that fulfilled the brief to booking the holiday, sending out the documents and being on hand throughout (although not needed) made the complete experience stress free. I would highly recommend Travel Lightly and I will be using Mags again

When I was asked by a mutual friend to like Mags Travel Lightly we were just starting to look at arranging our own trip on a cruise. I thought what the heck, lets give Mags a chance and see if she is any good at this. Boy oh boy are we pleased we used Mags, she has been brilliant. From the word go, we looked at various options for the Caribbean, a cruise from Panama City to Lima in Peru, finally settling on the Far East on a 15 day cruise with TUI. Mags has been on top of it from word go, contacting TUI whenever there was an issue or a change, it allowed us to get on with our lives instead of spending hours sorting out TUI. Mags communication through it all was spot on and very prompt, either via email or calling me. Yes we could have sorted this out ourselves, the same way I could decorate my house myself. But I prefer to use the experts and get the decorating done by someone else and also get Mags to sort out our travel arrangements. I would not hesitate to use Mags again and I am already talking to her about another cruise in 2025 in the Mediterranean parts of the world. Thank you Mags for taking away any pain, helping to make our 40th anniversary celebration as smooth as could be, from getting to the airport and returning. PS, the hallway got decorated whilst we were away, so we came home to a nice clean house.

Mags and Travel Lightly have taken away all the pain and panic of organising a great trip away.
She listened to and understood our needs perfectly, suggesting some great locations that we would never have found ourselves.
We have just returned from a trip to Dubai that has been even better than we expected, we all had the time of our lives, the hotel Mags found was exceptional and the deal she arranged for us was perfect.
We can't wait for our next trip away and we will definitely be booking through Travel Lightly.
