High fees - inaccurately priced - difficult to alter

Onboarding was quick but done inaccurately. I made it clear about my existing pricing structure and the on-boarder had access to my Airbnb and could see my pricing too. Yet he went ahead and set my weekend prices vastly underpriced. It's been setup incorrectly so now I'm lumbered with my first booking with them at half my normal price . You cannot get out of it either as they charge you £192 for any cancellations regardless if it's their own fault. Only when their platform is active do you realise their smart pricing does not work as intended and fees are quite hefty. VRBO would normally be 8% , yet with travel nest it's 15% + 5% + VAT. So far this hasn't helped me in any way , manually changing dates seems laborious, pricing vague, and there is no rectifying mistakes made even if they are by their setup team. In addition when I asked for prices to be quickly changed over the phone they are now set at £700 a night (over double my standard price and I cannot manually change them with their app) Off to a very bad impression.

Dangerous lack of professionalism and broken automation

I strongly advise against using Travelnest. Their communication systems are fundamentally broken.

System failure: I received automated check-in emails with empty placeholders like [Provide clear check-in details]. The agency sends useless templates instead of actual information.

Zero support: Despite my multiple requests for help, the agency failed to ensure the host provided entry details. Chceck in form 1 pm, any informatuion at 5 pm.

Total chaos: Due to the lack of communication from their host, the booking was cancelled while I was standing at the door. Travelnest's response was incompetent, sending conflicting emails about relocation while I was already inside trying to fix the situation myself.
Their automation is unreliable, and their management of hosts is non-existent.
Due to a total lack of communication from the host and Travelnest agency, Booking.com was forced to cancel my reservation and offer a relocation. Unfortunately, the budget offered by the agency to cover the price difference was completely inadequate compared to current market prices for available properties. If we had chosen to relocate, we would have had to pay an extra €45-€50 per person out of our own pockets, even though the situation was 100% the agency's fault.

Brak weryfikacji: Agencja nie dopilnowała, aby gospodarz uzupełnił dane (meldowanie od 13, o 17 brak danych) , a w budynku byłą całodobowa recepcja (Sic!)

Chaos przy anulacji: Z powodu braku kontaktu ze strony ich klienta (gospodarza), Booking.com anulował rezerwację. Travelnest zamiast pomóc, wysyłało sprzeczne maile o relokacji, mimo ÅŒe fizycznie byłam juÅŒ w obiekcie.
Totalny brak profesjonalizmu i zawodne narzędzia automatyzacji.
Finanse: Z powodu braku kontaktu ze strony gospodarza i agencji Travelnest, Booking.com zaproponował relokację. Niestety, oferowany budÅŒet na pokrycie róŌnicy w cenie (tzw. kieszonkowe) był całkowicie nieadekwatny do rynkowych cen wolnych obiektów. Gdybyśmy zdecydowali się na przenosiny, musielibyśmy dopłacić z własnej kieszeni po ok. 200 zł za osobę, mimo ÅŒe błąd leÅŒał w 100% po stronie agencji.

The host was so easy to work with - he responded to my few inquiries within an hour, he had excellent suggestions for things nearby, and he was available around the clock.

A very good accommodation

Hello,
Our experience was very pleasant.
The accommodation had a very good location to the tourist attractions and was good in all respects (cleanliness, accommodation space).
The host was kind and we were able to leave our luggage before check in.
I highly recommend it.

These crooked people tried to take


These crooked people tried to take money from my bank luckily i was alerted and put a stop to it which my bank are now investigating, i signed up with booking .com with the option to pay at the property and these crooks tried to take money all because i trust3d booking. Com with my card details to reserve a property !

Do not trust them!

FURTHER TO YOUR (BELOW) REPLY, LET ME BE TRANSPARENT, NO YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION AND UPSET BECAUSE IF YOU GENUINELY DID THEN YOUR WOULD NOT BE ALLOWING YOUR WEBSITE TO BE USED FOR PROFITEERING BY LIARS, CROOKS AND THIEVES WHICH YOU ARE! THAT MAKES YOU ONE AND THE SAME AS THEM YOU SHAMELESS EXCUSES FOR WHATEVER IT IS YOU ARE!
Keep well away from this disgusting company.
They are shamelessly allowing their website to be used as a platform for criminal activity.
I stayed in a hellhole (a flat that was situated below another one in the building that houses a mentally unstable man who should be sectioned and in a psychiatric hospital) owned by a host by the name of Papa Poku who is now withholding money that he owes me and finding any excuse to hold on to it and all in plain sight of Travelnest who should hang their heads in shame for taking the word of a crook over mine.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION, TRAVELNEST, I DID NOT CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY AND YOU ARE CHOOSING TO TAKE THE WORD OF A LIAR AND A CROOK WHO IS USING IT AS AN EXCUSE TO ALSO CONFORM TO BEING THE THIEF THAT HE ALSO IS! THAT MAKES YOU ONE AND THE SAME AS HIM!
I am now out of pocket by nearly £300 not to mention what I should be paid for the stress that was caused to me by my making the mistake of booking the accommodation in question which was one of the worst experiences of my life.
If you value your sanity, then do not give this sorry excuse for whatever it is, the time of day.

I wouldn’t recommend 


If you’re hosting your property please stay away from using this company.

Absolutely terrible service I agreed a price per night they took it upon themselves to add a smart pricing which resulted in my bookings being sold to cheap. They need to remember host have overheads and mortgages to cover but they don’t care they get there cancellation fees and practically give you the middle finger.

John cairns and victor macias Lari were the 2 people I dealt with and as soon as I started having problems they didn’t want to hear it.

Honestly work directly with air BnB and booking.com it’s much cheaper.

This service really isn't needed at


This service really isn't needed at all. If you use a channel manager and just make listings yourself you will get the exact same thing. They do not respond to messages or do anything extra. This service is honestly just a waste of 5% of your income. Their "smart pricing" is not great. Pricelabs would be a better move for cheaper. Their phone application takes 3 mimutes to open, so if theres an emergency snd you want to respond using your phone. Be patient about it. I have decided to cancel as its a waste of money

Haus nicht vorhanden - Agentur reagiert nicht

Ich habe ÃŒber Travelnest eine Unterkunft in England gebucht. Die Buchung musste unmittelbar bezahlt werden. Der Gastgeber hat auf meine Kontaktversuche nicht reagiert. Wir standen trotz vorheriger Anfragen an Travelnest ohne Unterkunft da. Travelnest fiel 5 Tage! nach der Reise auf, dass es das Haus gar nicht mehr gibt. Jetzt soll die Erstattung erfolgen....

Beware, it’s not as good as it looks. A terrible experience.

I booked the apartment via Booking.com and have left my review on their site. Please refer to my comments/feedback about my stay via their platform.
Please note, the description Travelnest provided about the apartment is not accurate. You need to communicate to the owners that maintenance and improvement should be undertaken.
Further, your advice states that a security deposit is only required for 2 nights (midweek) or less. Our booking was for 3 nights and Emmanuel (the owner/contact/manager) of the property insisted we pay directly to him the security deposit, or we would not be handed the keys and we would not receive a refund. This is despite us staying 3 nights and receiving advice from Booking.com NOT to pay to a third party. As international tourists without a UK bank account it is extremely to transfer money and Emmanuel could not or would not provide an alternative payment option. He was quite awful today deal with.

Przestrzegam przed ta strona! Anulowali mi potwierdzona rezerwacje! Na swieta wielkanocne, mialem zakubowany apartament z hot tub I akceptowanym zwierzakiem. Wszystko oplacone i potwierdzone po czym dostaje emaila po 10 dniach ze musza ja anulowac. Zostalem na lodzie z kosztami zakupu biletu na samolot I braku hotelu! Bo w tym terminie wszystko zabukowane. Kontakt zerowy , nie odpisuja na emaila, zadnego odszkodowania za moje poniesione koszty! Najgorsze jest to ze musialem tlumaczyc moim chorym dziecia ze urlopu nie bedzie bo zostalismy oszukani. Wedlug prawa nalezy sie odszkodowanie ale oni nie przestrzegaja zadnych zasad. Szczerze nie polecam I chce ostrzec innych bo zmarnuja wam urlop jak nam!
