Please give her upscale promotions with a reasonable pay bonus. She is rare a treasure made my experience a great one with her patience and knowledge.

This was not a pleasant experience !! Couldn’t change the pick up person on reservation so I had to cancel and rebook by the tune of almost $ 100 more!!🤦🏽‍♀️Then I’m told the pick up person has to use their credit card to pick up!! Totally insane!

Glen was very helpful and professional in helping with the rental car company.

Ray Benson was very helpful in fixing my reservation. I would recommend working with Ray.

Mr. Glen Rogers (Manila, PI) was wonderful.
I am almost 70 years old and have a hard time navigating many on-line programs. He was PATIENT, professional, went the extra mile to help me. Working through the obstacles of my credit card incorrectly declining the deposit required several waiting intervals and call backs. If it was not for Mr. Roger’s diligence, I would have given up and used another rental company.

I had a wonderful experience with Charlie who helped me extend my dad’s travel ticket. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to our situation and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a big difference. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Kiana Johnson was so helpful making my reservation. There was confusion at the actual rental spot, she called me when I didn't pick up the car. Talked me through my nest steps, and helped me change my plans and re-book a reservation. I am so appreciative of her.

When we arrived at the Colorado Springs airport, there was a mix up because my sister did not realize that Budget did not accept Chime credit cards. She called Budget and Ray Benson did a great job finding us a solution. He was so patient and gave us several options. He was so helpful and courteous.
