Cuando contraté a Travel Verse que en duda por tratarse de una empresa online pero después de nuestro viaje a Egipto quedé impresionado por el excelente nivel de atención que ofrece esta agencia. Asistencia personalizada por Abdeen desde que llegamos a El Cairo. Excelentes tours y excelentes hoteles. El nivel de atención a los detalles es increíble. Nuestro próximo viaje será programado con Travel Verse y su excelente equipo de trabajo

Extremely Disappointed – Felt Betrayed and Scammed

I never thought I’d be writing this, especially about someone I trusted as a friend. I went ahead with this travel agency out of complete faith, assuming transparency and fairness would be a given. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong.

We were grossly overcharged for the trip, and only later discovered the shocking difference between what we paid and what things actually cost. There was zero transparency in the pricing, no proper breakdowns, and any questions we asked were met with defensiveness, arrogance, and even personal attacks. This was not only unprofessional but incredibly disheartening.

What makes this even worse is that I’ve known them personally, and trusted them blindly. To find out we were scammed this badly is both infuriating and heartbreaking.

The overall experience was poor, chaotic, and way below expectations. From the itinerary to the execution, everything felt like a last-minute patchwork job, certainly not worth the premium we were made to pay by Abhishek at travelverse India

I will be pursuing all available legal remedies to hold them accountable. Let this be a warning to others: trust, but verify – especially when money is involved.

La atención desde que estuvimos organizando el viaje fué excepcional,Fatma atendió todas nuestras peticiones,incluso ya en el viaje siempre estuvo atenta de qué todo saliera bien,siempre contestando nuestros mensajes y tratando de solucionar cualquier inconveniente.
La atención que tienen en la agencia en cuanto al recogerte en el aeropuerto y en los hoteles así como los traslados en los tours,son excelentes,siempre puntuales y los transportes modernos y cómodos.Los hoteles todos muy buenos y bien ubicados,con buena calidad de alimentos.
Lo que hay que mejorar es que nos prometieron un tour de 15 personas y en Estambul un día de 27 y el otro de 45. Eso está fatal ya que para escuchar al guía y aprovechar el tiempo para el recorrido se vuelve muy complicado y no resultó una experiencia agradable,sin embargo en el resto de las ciudades fue de 15 y cambió mucho la experiencia.
Otra de las cosas que mejoraría sería la calidad y conocimiento de los guías; no estoy segura si al ser en español a los guías se les complicaba mostrar sus conocimientos pero yo los calificaría como guías de "folleto" o sea no profundizaban en los elementos importantes de los sitios, además de que por llevarnos a las visitas obligadas (talleres de cerámica,cuero y artesanías) no nos daban tiempo suficiente en los sitios arqueológicos y sí demasiado(sin límite de tiempo) en los que había que comprar.
En general fue una buena experiencia el viajar con esta agencia. Son serios,confiables y obtienes por lo que pagas.
Recomiendo a la agencia y a Fatma al 100%ademas de que entiende y habla español a la perfección.

Del 2 al 12 de septiembre del 2024 hicimos un viaje soñado por Turquía!!!! Fue una experiencia maravillosa y es un país hermoso!!! Pero nuestra experiencia fabulosa empezó mucho antes cuando contacté con TravelVerse y allí me asignaron a Yasmin Reda para q me guiara en mis decisiones y en cómo armar el tour. Yasmín es una increíble asesora!!! Contesto todas mis preguntas, me mostró todos los hoteles, me guió en el tour x tierra q ofrece Travel Verse , me ayudó para ir haciendo los pagos de las cuotas, asegurándose de que todo estuviera en orden, e incluso me ayudó a encontrar los vuelos para Turquía desde España! Es más, quedé tan encantada con ella q la recomendé a otra amiga q iba a viajar a Turquía desde Panamá, y ella se encargó de todo. Ahora mismo estoy programando mi viaje a las Islas Griegas con unos amigos y Yasmin es la q me va a ayudar con todo para armar el paseo. De hecho, tengo guardado su contacto, no solo para seguir recomendándola a ella y a Travel Verse, sino para q se siga encargando de cualquier viaje q yo haga en el futuro. Muchísimas gracias Jazmín Reda por su excelente trabajo y trato hacia sus clientes! Nos seguiremos hablando, Dios mediante!

A fines de agosto viajamos a Turquía con Travelverse. Visitamos localidades emblematicas de ese país.
Desde nuestra llegada al aeropuerto estuvimos acompañados por guías en español. Todos muy cordiales y serviciales.
Mención especial:MARIAM SAYED. Desde el los primeros contactos (a través de la web) hasta el día posterior a ntra.partida estuvo siempre atenta, dispuesta a resolver, solucionar, sugerir, para que la visita a Turquía fuese inolvidable. Y así es. Muchas gracias!!! EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA

Everything was so organize, it was awesome!

Maravillosa, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros, desde el primer momento del contacto, El señor Mohamed Fattou, estuvo muy al pendiente en todo el viaje hasta el último día.
Nos dieron opciones, a la llegada, durante el
Tour y al llevarnos de regreso al aeropuerto, en todo momento la atención fue personalizada, todos muy amables y explicando con claridad cada punto por parte del guía. Definitivamente 100% recomendable.

Very good service! the experience was great

Soon after I inquired about a tour to Egypt, I received an email from Gehad, a tour organizer with Travel Verse. Shortly after that, he called me on WhatsApp to secure more details about the kind of trip I was looking for. I appreciated that personal touch, so I decided to work with him and Travel Verse.
Within one day, he put together a tour that fit me perfectly. I had requested several changes, and he was always very accommodating and willing to work with me. He organized the driver, a knowledgeable tour guide, excursions to the Giza Pyramids, the Great Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum, the Museum of Civilization, The Citadel in Cairo, a day trip to Alexandria, and much more!
I was very impressed with Gehad's expert travel arrangements and plan to consult with him again for my next trip. Thank you, Gehad, and Travel Verse!

Everything in this trip was beyond my expectations. The guide tours were so friendly, the hotels were amaizing and the sight of every site were espectacular. My Travel Verse agent was always present. He answered gazillion questions I had.

What made my experience great 😊 other than the beauty of your country was the fact that our tour guide was able to simplify and explain everything about your culture to us. I would definitely do Dubai again and that is all because of the lovely service we received from you and your team.

The hotels selected were very clean, service was very professional. The food was delicious
The guide was super knowledgeable. He could answer all of our questions
We appreciate the fact that breaks were included everyday so it didn't feel too overwhelming
Lastly I must command the coordination of all of our activities. I can't wait to book our next trip with Mina again

Mina Ramsies is a superb Travel organizer. Communication and trip details were on spot and Mina was always available to clarify. The trip to Morrocco was an unbelievable experience. The driver/tour guides were all very courteous and showed us great places. The accommodation (I took the Diamond Package) was simply amazing. Travel Verse crew exceeded my expectation in arranging this tour for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, they are legit.

I highly recommend Mina Ramsies and travel verse. Trip to Turkey was extra ordinary remarkable. Guides were always on time multilingual and always willing to assist inform and help. Logistics of entire trip was planned impeccably. Very efficient use of time. Well worth the price and experience. I highly recommend Mina Ramsies and travel verse as a tourist/travel agency for anyone to use. I felt safe the entire trip and enjoyed it very much.

We took a tour to Cairo & Turkey. I was very impressed by the service provided by
Mina Sety Ramsies. He arranged our tour gir most of Cairo & turkey. All the hotel’s accommodation, food, personal guided tours. My daughter and I were so comfortable being alone in Egypt & Turkey. I would most definitely use him for my future travel packages and recommend everyone who is looking to get a package done to use Mina services!!! Keep up the great work Mina.

What an amazing experience - I would give this tour twenty stars if I could!! Mina Ramsies organised our Turkey tour this summer and everything was absolutely perfect - the accomodation, the tour guides, the transfers, transport and meals - no complaints at all! My sister and I honestly felt like we were being treated like royalty every step of the way. The best part was how attentive and accomodating Mina was with all our requests, and how he was always contactable via WhatsApp! Coming from all the way from Australia we were hesitant about booking a tour online but this experience was absolutely hitch-free, and I can’t wait to go on another trip with Travelverse.
