a last-minute trip made the next one impossible
Unusually, my husband was going to have three trips to Europe in rapid succession. I found out that his first trip to Scotland required a quick filing with Scotland and a passport that was good until the end of your stay. However, the next two trips were both to the EU, which requires that a passport be valid for three months after your arrival date. Unfortunately, his passport would not be valid for the EU trips. We didn’t have time to get a new passport before the Scotland trip, and waiting till we got home would not work with the current situation.
So I did a little research and got in touch with Travelpro. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, calm, and polite. I did feel comfortable that they would get this done in time even with a holiday weekend coming up.
during the process, they advised that the state department had changed the passport form which we had already completed with their help and attached a new form also completed.
The service was expensive, but we received the new passport on the fourth business day after we sent it.
If you absolutely positively need a passport ASAP, they are the people to call.

Great experience, fairly easy e-mail instructions. At first a needed link to follow took me to the China Online Visa Application (COVA) web page. Later e-mails conformed that TVP completes this application for you and the link lead you to the TVP web page to input the required info.
