Poor Customer Service
I booked my flight ticket from Delhi to Nagpur which was canceled by Travolook 3 hours after my booking as the prices went up. This is a rediculous way of cancelation. I was given a reference number of REF092445611 and was assured a refund in 15 days. Been 3 weeks now and no sign of refund or email. When I called today, 2 of the representative hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service.
If there was an option to give half a star rating then I would have given that. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book your tickets thru Travolook or ever do business with them. Absolutely disgusting services and a ridiculous company to do business with.

Fraudulent travolook
I have booked a flight ticket from chandigarh to Pune with booking reference No REF228302795 on 2september the flight was schedule for 15th September 2021, immediately after payment from debited from the card, I got a call from Travolook saying that the ticket cannot be issued due to some technical reason and the amount Rs 7341 will be refunded back after 10 days, before few hours than I have been following up with them for refund on regular basis but these guys are menuplating every time they ask to wait for few days but nothing is happening, I think is a fraud company, please help to get the refund back

This is fraud company. Don't book from this site. This is my booking reference number : REF111008272.
I am following up for last 2 months for my refund money. Every time they mail me 5 - 7 days. This 5 - 7 days last week months.

Pathetic service.
Pathetic service.. about 5 transactions canceled and waited for Over 45 days for refund.. no one helps here never use this platform for travel booking
