I have rewritten this review to reflect the exceptional customer service I received.
I bought a brand new fidget slider and a second hand fidget ring. the slider was perfect and as expected.
unfortunately the ring was defective.
Trb reached out and asked what they could do to help. Initially it was that tritium tubes shown in the advert were not included. they confirmed this was the case and then sent out a new set for me. however, I then discovered that I couldn't open the ring to put the tubes in. I emailed again to explain this, they confirmed the problem and promptly sent out a new ring. I am currently waiting for it to arrive.
I have been very happy with their service. they were quick to reply to my emails and very polite, they have been very helpful and done everything to make the situation right.

The fidget slider itself arrived in excellent condition (like new), so I'm very happy with that. However, shipping took a very long time (about 3 weeks), and I was surprised to find I had to pay customs fees (luckily only about 6 euros), even though the website said these fees should be included. That's why I'm deducting one star.

I recently bought a few mystery boxes from Trb-creation and was amazed to get the special Azoo Zoom! The packaging was beautiful, and opening the box felt really exciting. Shipping was quick and the item arrived safely and in perfect condition.

The Azoo Zoom figure is high-quality, with amazing details and a premium feel—definitely genuine! I had a great experience with these mystery boxes, and customer service was fast and helpful too. If you love surprises or collecting, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Bought 4 of the mystery boxes, and 1 of the higher end fidget spinner's. Mystery boxes were $40 with a $5 item inside (at most). Total rip. The Fidget spinner was a $15 item that sold for $50...

Stay away!

I bought the fidget toy as a fun way to keep my hands busy during work, and they’ve been surprisingly satisfying!
