Dropped my portable harddrive and after some searching came upon TRC Data. Chris called at the agreed time and we talked through the options; not only of the issues with my hard drive (unfortunately I don't have the budget right now to get it fixed), but also my laptop blue screening and general laptop advice. Can't recommend Chris enough. He will be my go-to person for all IT issues in the future.
To be honest I was very skeptical and made sure I did my homework, checked reviews and called up.
I've had my own IT company for 25 years and I am used to the sales flannel and false promises.
Chris was the only person I've spoken to who told me the truth and if anything played down my expectations.
My data arrived back this morning on a new hard disk 99.9% success.
