Delayed delivery. The Screws clearly not tidy looking outside and spaced inside not recommended like basketball and other mens shoes because its to small. Other than that works well.

Purchased a couch and at around the one year mark it literally fell apart. Discovered the base was made with particle board instead of wood. Tried to get them to repair or refund but they refused both and insisted I take store credit instead. Months of back and forth and they wouldn't abide by the Consumer Guarantees Act. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I like the end product - exactly what I wanted. However there were 2 issues which lost a star for each. Firstly, actual deliver was 3 weeks after the indicated dates on the pre-order and there was poor communication around this. Secondly was around the instructions which arrived with a tear. The print was so small I had to take photos and then zoom in on my phone to read them. Also they left out some steps and you had to guess what needed to be done.

Easy to order and fast delivery

Very disappointed that I received no updates on my orders progress apart from an email saying it was on the way on 30th June. No further updates. Parcel delivered 2nd July, but just left at the door. No knock or doorbell ring and I was home all day. No idea what time it arrived. It was not seen until very late in the day when a family member came home. No notice of delivery by carrier. Not good enough.

The delivery was super quick and the sofa bed and table set I got is VERY nice for and in my home. I'm very satisfied, thank you!

A few hours to put together but no problems. Only downside was the instructions could have been a bit clearer in some areas but other than that it looks exactly as shown and is good value for money. Delivered quicker than I expected too.

Love the new mattress I’m a side sleeper and had my first sleep on the mattress and it’s so soft it’s heavy though but awesome support for my body delivery wasn’t to my address that’s the only problem company needs to make it Rural but communication was good and the price was cheap

I appreciated that the order was relatively easy to collect and there was nothing missing in the box. The staff weren't very approachable when I picked up my order and there was an instruction missing from the manual. Please add into the manual that you need to disassemble the H1 and H2 parts and provide instructions on how to do so. I had to YouTube it which isn't a great experience when building a flatpack. Overall, decent desk for the price.

Good quality items

Staff were not talkative seemed bored to be there and no helpful at all. And multiple items were missed from my order. All the boxes for a low boy. My matress topper and 1 out of 3 boxes of another low boy. And no comunication on how to solve this issue.
