Easy check in. Nice rental. Will rent again.

I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt. We only used Treasure Realty last year at Surf City NC. Everything went smoothly and the place we rented was perfect for us as a family group. Only thing that bothered me at all was that it appeard the rental was ready early but the lock on the door was on a timer so we could not enter till the exact authorized time. Other than that all was good!

Excellent service and great property.

We have used Treasure Realty since 2004, however we noticed that 2 yrs ago the employees were rude and obnoxious. But, giving the benefit of the doubt we used them last year. Big mistake! No longer rude just outright nasty! And the house we always rent had fallen into disrepair, enough to say it’s not worth $10,000 for a week. We tried to speak to them but it landed on deaf ears’ after the hurricane I waited months to ask for a damage report and repairs done to the house. 5 times I was told oh I’ll put that together for you and email it today! Well, I’m still waiting!!!! I wonder what the homeowners would think if they knew how their realtor treated their guests!
My husband and I are ready to buy a beach front property but I won’t use treasure realty for that purchase! It’s too bad but oh well

Our family has used Treasure Realty for several years now. They were quick to respond to an issue with our rental one year, great communication during hurricane Arthur during our stay, and overall they really do whatever it takes for you to enjoy your stay.
