Handled non-availability of our rented vacation home in May, 2019 due to Hurricane damage very fairly and professionally. Thank you Sam!

We had several small issues with our rental & maintenance came within an hour to fix the problems. Our home was very clean, which wasn't the case when staying in other beach rentals in OBX.

Our rental was fine. We just wish it were clear in writing that you need to go thru bedrooms to get to the deck and beach. We will not rent this house again because of that feature. It was not clear to us on the floor plan.

The condo was excellent and dealing with your company was a pleasure.

I enjoyed the place where we stayed, the only situation was the a/c, we wanted it cooler,but the owner had it locked so we could not change it, the place where the stat was on the wall should have been moved. I’m an have tech and suggested that. Other then that it was awesome

They made everything so easy to book! Simple keyless entry and everything ready to enter and start our vacation! We are back again this year for another rental experience with them. My daughter also is renting as well as my sister, we are making this an annual experience!
