DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PAYPAL IS INVOLVED WITH THEIR SCAM ALSO. BEWARE!!!!
I bought two of the phonographs On Nov 18 and they haven't shown up and tracking says it is in Italy. So disappointed.
Do NOT buy from this company. They are scammers! They took an unauthorized payment for a product while I was browsing their site. While I was checking out their shipping info and fees, the next thing a confirmation of an order went through my Paypal account without me even clicking on BUY NOW. I immediately contacted them to demand they cancel the order as I did not authorise it, but they have completely ignored me and have shipped the item anyway. Not only did the unauthorized payment go through my Paypal account, but they also charged more than the item was advertised for on their website. They add extra on without you realising. They sent the item I was browsing, and it is absolute rubbish!!! I am still trying to get my refund!!
We never received the item ordered. The tracking number is a bogus number. The company has no way to contact them besides email and their replies do not give solutions, they just say the tracking number is not valid. We used PayPal for the purchase, our credit card has been charged, and we have no recourse. We believe we have been scammed.
Two weeks for delivery seemed reasonable, and the price was competitive given its quality. This product certainly stands out from similar options with its distinct features. Battery replacement is a convenient touch, and overall, it performs quite well without being extraordinary. Highly recommend considering it.
Picked up a trendy set of mini lights that exceeded my expectations for the price. Crafted with quality materials, they add charm and are easy on the eyes. It would be fantastic if they offered a variety of colors for more versatility.
Purchased this charming little light set that came with a replaceable battery. Packaging was overly bulky which can be improved. While the price felt a tad high, its glow truly adds warmth to any space.
