Easy to use website, great communication for delivery and most of all, a gorgeous tree! Very pleased.

The tree is gorgeous - very fresh and very
natural and smells divine. It came when on the right day with good tracking information. The delivery was cheery. It takes the stress and anxiety out of getting a tree for us as we have no car.

High-quality, beautiful trees and very responsive and helpful customer service team. The delivery was unfortunately delayed one day but I understand things get very intense just before Christmas.

good price, lovely scent from tree and timely delivery

First time I’ve ever bought a tree on line and had it delivered, but will definitely do it again next year and use Tree2me. I ordered a 6/7 ft tree and it was the perfect size and shape! I bought a good tree stand from Amazon that allowed for watering the tree which kept it looking green all Christmas. All in all so much easier than buying a tree and struggling to get it home. Not the cheapest option, but it IS Christmas 👍🎅🏽👍🍸

Quick delivery, tree smells fresh and lasts a long time - will order again

You're an absolute con. You delivers a defective tree in a pot. Cannot stand up on its own. You haven't answered my emails or responded to all the photos I've sent. Despicable company! I paid £74 for a tree in a pot that's undersized, grown crookedly and cannot be decorated because it has to be leant against a wall! I bought it in pot because I have arthritis and I thought it would be easier. You're absolutely appalling and customer service non existent!

terrible quality of the christmas tree delivered. nothing close to what was advertised

I had great service. All ran smoothly. They installed the tree promptly and efficiently. Tree was beautiful and the installer had great chat.

I ordered an outdoor garland and wreath, and installation. The garland and wreath were shipped via post, which no one warned me about. I thought the installer would bring them along. Either the wreath never arrived or it was stolen. We managed to get the garland before the porch thieves got it. No installer was ever schedule or arrived. There were supposed to be lights. None arrived. I tried contacting the company and never received a response. Do not do business with this company.

Really really pleased with our tree. It looks great!

To future customers: Avoid. I received a Christmas tree that was severely cut from the side (not just trimmed, one side was extensively cut off). This is not about personal preference - the tree is damaged as I never saw before and not suitable for Christmas. Photos were shared with customer service immediately.

To the Tree2Me business owner: your customer service repeatedly dismissed a clear quality issue by insisting the tree “meets standards” and reframing it as my preference. After long communication the only solution offered was a paid return.

Delivery was also not as paid for - the tree was left in a communal area hours earlier than the confirmed delivery time, despite paying for delivery to my flat.

The result is a spoiled Christmas for my child, with no time or funds left to replace the tree. I urge the business to reflect on product standards, transparency, and accountability.

Great quality Christmas tree, really lovely and full, my best one from these guys so far.
Delivery was efficient and good to have the updates on timing throughout the day. Will be buying from them again next year!
