I received the wrong watch at the end with bad quality. Horrible experience!!!

so i received my items. gotta say, i am extremely disappointed with the quality of your product. the watch looks and feels like plastic. the engraving was fantastic so good job on that. never had my own wooden watch but the ones i've tried on did not feel and sound like plastic. based on the reviews, i thought i was getting a particular quality of product. now i have serious doubts about the legitimacy of your reviews points to you i guess.

the wallet. holy shit. if you want a wallet with all the feel and comfort of a bulky piece of temu plastic for only $35, you too can look upon it and cringe. you can tell it was slapped together. it looks and feels cheap. i gotta say man, i was expecting a quality pair of products to show up so the delay didn't really matter. now that the order is here, i i'm irritated because i spent $100 on a watch i'll never wear but can't return. there's a sucker born every minute right? ya'll got me good! anyway......

i still need to return the wallet.

Ordered and paid Aug 8 for a watch listed “available.” As of Sept 22 it’s 45 days with no shipment and no explanation. I was told to wait 25 business days. On Sept 17 they said they would “investigate” and “get back… with a clear resolution and a firm shipping date,” but there was no follow-up within two days. Replies were scripted (“I sincerely apologize,” “I appreciate your patience”) plus a refund “if that is your preference,” phrased as if the refund were my wish rather than a response to non-delivery. The watch is still shown as available. Misleading and poor service; I wouldn’t trust their technical or warranty support.

Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service team has been drawn out without any real solutions. I custom ordered a watch for my husband for our 5th anniversary and paid to have a special engraving put on the back. The watch was beautiful but the engraving they provided was missing the “e” on the word love. I checked my submission and this was their error. Long story short, I am still going back and forth with a customer service representative to get this resolved. Replies have been delayed and slow, a lot of talk without an offer of satisfactory solution. $25 refund for a mistake on a $240 watch is not sufficient. I asked for a new watch to be sent with the correct engraving. They declined that solution. Now over a week later they have informed me that to correct the engraving we would need to send the watch we purchased back to them. Our anniversary has passed at this point and the watch has been gifted. I’m simply trying to get what I ordered and paid for. Again, the watch that has an incorrect engraving at no fault of mine. I’ve asked them to call me directly as well to find a better resolution to this situation but have not received any communication besides a sporadic email. At this point, I would rather return the watch and purchase from another company that will support their customers.

There is only a small window of opportunity when purchasing a treehut watch. Only with your first initial purchase of your watch/es is when you might be one of the lucky ones to be truly helped in order for them to lock in a 5 🌟 review from you. Once the initial excitement of your "beautiful watch," dwindles and you start needing things like batteries to maintain your watch you are "SOL!" THEY GET THERE MONEY BACK BY MAKING YOU PAY $50 TO SEND YOUR WATCH BACK TO THEM TO REPAIR IT OR TELL YOU TO GO TO THE NEAREST WATCH SMITH! WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TREEHUT WATCH! THEY MAKE PROFIT OFF OF FIRST TIME BUYERS WHO HAVEN'T BEEN BURNED BY THIER NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the second watch I have bought from Treehut in the past few years. Both watches failed after a year or so. The face comes loose and spins out of position. With my first experience they offered to repair the watch for $50, however I decided to just buy a new one. But why would I spend $50 after the second watch failed. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing another watch from treehut in the future.

Love the color, do not like the way it fits. Too tight originally, added the extra link and now its too loose. Return is practically impossible plus it takes forever!

It took a little longer to be delivered, but that wasn't your fault. It's a beautiful watch, and it's going to be my daily go to watch.

Site said 7 to 10 day delivery. On day 11 checked their tracking that said it still being processed / not shipped. Contacted customer service via email and website. No answer

I purchased a watch for my son's birthday with a special message on the back. We received it quickly and it turned out perfect. He loves it and gets lots of compliments. Unfortunately, he fell at school and the face cracked. I contacted Treehut and they got another one out to us within a week or so. Excellent customer service, we'll definitely buy from them in the future.

I priority ordered a watch for my husband for an event. I got the watch with a few days to spare, it's lovely and the engraving is perfect.
Their customer service was also fantastic!

Everything about our Treehut watches and the company's customer service is over-the-top great. Mine has survived a run through the washing machine 😱 and our puppy chewed up my wife's watch band and case. Both are fine, dependable and enjoyable. Every time we wear them in public someone comments with admiration. We point them to the website and encourage them to find their own favorite model. The custom engraving adds to the value we place on these watches. A fine product, a wonderful company.

I had a small problem with my watch which was a gift. I could not see the black hands on my dial in darker places. lorilie took care of it for minamal money and the new hands are easy to see against dark face of the watch.

The watch was amazing. Not only that, but when I was faced with shipping difficulties that were at the fault of the third party shipping company, treehut stepped in and dealt with the issue for me. Both the product and customer service was amazing.

I got the Zebrawood and Tiger Eye watch (battery operated). It is an elegant design. The watch is lightweight and feels smooth against the skin. I think it is the perfect balance between formal and casual. I will be using Treehut for future gift purchases!

I had a great experience with customer service and they repaired my watch
in a timely manner. My watch was damaged in an altercation at work, and
upon asking for repairs they were fast to say that they would handle the
repairs. I love my watch and this is an incredible company. Everyone asks
about this watch as it’s unique so I tell them they have to get one hands
down.

Ordered a watch from Treehut for my upcoming wedding in October. We are having an outdoor themed wedding. Watch fits the theme perfect as well as very comfortable to wear. Watch came in very quickly and in an impressive box. Will be ordering more from them.
