Website easy to use purchase and rapid service was great but unfortunately I live in South Ireland so had to pay import duty which made it expensive for me otherwtall was good

Hi Matthew, thank you for your review and feedback. I apologise for any confusion over the aluminium clout nails we supplied with your order. I can confirm that we have sent you the right nails, even though the shaft diameter of 2.65mm is wider than the pre-drilled hole diameter of 2mm. This is because they are aluminium clout nails, and this is the narrowest shaft diameter available. Thinner nails are made from steel, a ferrous material, which can have an impact on the tree. When you hammer the nail through the tag hole, it will grip the tag but not damage it. We have sold thousands of these nails with the tags, without issue, although customers do occasionally query the nail size. We are happy to refund the nails element of your order. Kind regards, Peter

Very good source for items related to tree work, often not covered by other suppliers.
I have used for materials related to mensuration, both literature and kit.
Clear and straightforward buying process with good range of choices. Comprehensive communication throughout the process, and items are rapidly despatched in very secure packaging. Everything has been top quality.
