I don't typically write reviews however this is the worst company ever. They tell you sweet nothings over the phone as if they are going to resolve your problem. They sent a dead tree to my home and expect me to pay for them to send another tree under the warranty. Worst customer service ever.

I’ve bought multiple plants and trees from Fast Growing Trees.i am always satisfied with Good pricing, and quick shipping. This honey crisp apple Tree was packed securely and arrived in perfect condition.

I bought an American Sycamore since my Red Maple i purchased from Fast Trees DIED after 10 MONTHS. Now the Sycamore died D/T a bad storm. They would not reimburse me for neither
DON'T BUY HERE. You're better of buying from Lowes or other Big Box Stores

Customer service was outstanding !! It’s hard to find this day and age.
My trees were packed perfectly and very healthy, not to mention guaranteed !! On time delivery !
Plan on purchasing more.

The trees ordered are not what was expected. Much smaller and not healthy. Tried to work with customer service, and I must have been speaking to someone in some 3rd world country. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! They refused to let me send them back for a refund and only offered a 30% refund?? I will not buy from them because I know I can get much better service, IN PERSON, at a local nursury or Home Depot

Long time customer if there is any issues very prompt in either replacement of purchase or giving advice to remedy the issue.

The entire experience from the moment I went on the website just felt more professional. I liked the filters to find the trees and plants with the detailed plant information. That's were I fell in love with the fignomenal tree so I bought two, was able to schedule the deliverydate and get the trackinginformation. One arrived a bit sad, but south Florida is quit unforgiving during the summer. Nevertheless I called customer support abs it was very quick easy they found my order, sent me a link while on the phone, I sent them pictures and they immediately sent a replacement. It was so quick and I felt relieved to receive the other tree and that they will help me monitor the progress and I got the 2 year guarantee of in take care of my tree the right way. Which I will since this is a unique chance to have a fruit tree in a condo.

I ordered two of the exact same tree type and cared for them identically. One continues to do great, but the other died shortly after arrival. This seemed like a textbook case for their advertised "Alive & Thrive" 1-Year Guarantee.

I contacted customer support, and they had me jump through numerous hoops—answering detailed care questions, performing a scratch test on the trunk, taking photos, and waiting for evaluation. After that effort, the representative denied the claim, stating their guarantee is only good for 60 days.

I searched their website which states that the Alive & Thrive Guarantee is s a 1-year coverage period for plants that die. My receipt also did not state anything about my guarantee only being for 60 days. If there was a (hidden) 60-day limit, why waste my time making me conduct tests and send photos instead of stating that upfront? I loved the concept and wanted to be a repeat customer, but I can't recommend a company that doesn't stand behind its policy.

I purchased a Meyer lemon, blackberry and a strawberry. The strawberry did not look so good when it arrived, and I documented it and sent it to them and they said not to worry. I was able to get the strawberry in sort of as suspended animation type of place for about two months, keeping it hanging on until it finally croaked. The thing that agitates me the most is that they offer these robust guarantees but really what ends up happening is you deal with AI and your plant concerns and that AI is trained to just keep telling you to try growing a dead plant. It’s exhausting and it dragged you out past the point that you could probably send it back. The guarantees aren’t worth the pixels they’re written on. You’re just gonna get stuck in robot loops to tell you to do all this extra stuff that does absolutely nothing to help these plants.. because before I took the robot advice at least I could keep the plant in a state of suspended animation.. after I took the robot advice it died. When I told them it died and sent pictures it went radio silent.
The lemon bush is just weird. I guess it’s OK and it’s growing. It’s really leggy… same with the blackberry., they prune them in a way that they just turn out leggy.. I didn’t expect any lemon out of the lemon plant this year. Didn’t really anticipate next year or over the winter it would start producing lemons… I think Fast growing is kind of deceptive.. they don’t really grow any faster than regular plant I was surprised if the blackberry did not produce any fruit or flower no nothing… I’ve had it for four months and it’s getting bigger busier and leggy and you can keep pruning it back, but it’s not really gonna produce any fruit here anytime soon if it all, meanwhile, all the plants around here that I started from either seed or propagation or grow wild are doing great lol I think I’m gonna stick with that plan and just be more patient. It just takes forever for those bushes or fruiting bushes or trees to grow. Apparently this isn’t the shortcut I will take again. Lol it’s really a joke. Robots..,! Sheesh

8/11/26 Update
I received the email from Fast growing trees, and guess what? It was another robot. You can’t make this stuff up. My opinion still stands. I’m not wasting my time or my money, teaching their robots or jumping back through their hoops to end up with dead plants and absolutely no contact when it comes to talking about that money back thing. I have cut my losses a little bit poorer but wiser right?! DONE .. BYE

I ordered from you guys in late June and before ordering I wasn't to sure if it would be a great experience but after seeing that you guys are very trusted and helpflull it lifted my confidence up and to my surprise the people were right about it being a good experience😊👍

Great customer service, quick and official. No games.

The plants and the customer service were great. Shipping quality needs work. My original order was for 3 trees, 3-4ft tall, delivered without problem, and two 6-fr tree, which were both damaged due to being packaged folded in half! They quickly sent 2 replacements, BUT, those were never delivered bc they were damaged in transit. This happened twice more. So SIX trees were damaged in shipping and thrown out without being delivered. I FINALLY got my replacement trees, now one 4ft tree, and one 6 ft tree. I think if I order again, I will not order anything taller than 4 ft!

Ordered a Tri-color willow tree. After a few months the tree looks half dead. Customer Service is not helpful - the company does not support its product. Turns out to be a very costly stick.

I’ve purchased several things from Fast Growing Trees. Most everything was great. I did have one plant that did not survive and they are replacing it. Great customer service.

Did the lavender plant arrive?
Yes.
Was the plant alive?
No.
Did the company offer a complete refund?
No. I had to insist on not being charged a “restocking fee”. They complied.

Critically, would I ever trust Trees.com again to deliver a live plant that I could nurture to maturity?
Absolutely not.

Irequested claim for three trees that had died. I was contacted by customer and my claim was resolved within a day or two. Customer service was very responsive and I've been dealing with Fast Growing Trees for the past three years and never had an issue.

Most of our trees/bushes and plants arrived in excellent condition! A couple were stragglers but customer service helped replace them and were helpful with information for our landscaper. We have used Fast Growing Trees for both our gardens, landscaping and gifts to friends/family. We love their quality, variety and care. Definitely recommend!

I recommend this company. They are prompt in delivering the plants, very well packed, plants and trees very healthy, and more than that good warranty (1 year). I bought couple of trees. Only one didn’t make it and after six months the company gave me a store credit which is fair because is not their fault neither mine if only one tree didn’t make it.

We ordered 2 blueberry bushes for my mother and they arrived approximately one month late. In addition, the bushes were effectively seedlings and not robust. In any way, it will likely be at least two years before we see any substantial production. frankly, we would have been better off purchasing from home depot, from which I never buy plants. Also, the lateness of delivery was complained of without any response or explanation.

I ordered everbearing raspberries, 3 blueberries and 3 cherry trees, 3 arboritae, 3 holly. All arrived packed well and were in good conditon. I had one cherry that was grafted and did not make it but received credit for it as they are out of stock. One holly did not make it and was replaced. So fare the plants are all doing great the holly really came out this year. Mine were all planted a year ago. They were delivered timely based on the season and I will definitely order again
