I ordered on 4/24 and it is now 5/20 and still nothing delivered. By the look of the other reviews it looks like I won’t be getting the item I bought.

I ordered 12/10 still has yet to arrive…

I ordered 12/10 still has yet to arrive 1/16/25 i was notified it was delivered but I work from home so I know for 100% it was not delivered. Emailed multiple times about where it is and if I can get a refund. Do not use this company.

I used Afterpay to purchase from this…

I used Afterpay to purchase from this company. Ordered on Dec. 4th 2024, as of today 01/15/2025, I have not received my order. I disputed it with Afterpay and they are no better because the proof they sent over that my package was delivered, was not me or my order. It had another individuals address, email, and card number. Afterpay didn’t protect their customer by actually seeing that that was not my info and they shared someone else’s info with me…who mind you did not use Afterpay. Then I contacted help to have them re-open my dispute and they actually sent my supposed confirmation of delivery….and even though I did not receive it, they listened to nothing I said and closed it. So, I’m stuck paying for something I never got. Do not order from this company. Also, be aware when I reached out to trendsellers before I filed the dispute with Afterpay, they ignored me. I might as well of just thrown my info and money out of the window. I will also never use Afterpay again. I use these payment forms to protect me, which they did not do. I’ll stick with Klarna. So sad they allowed a company to do this and do not care. And trend sellers should be ashamed and be shut down. There site says things that aren’t true. If I had my received my package they said it was “delivered” on 1/4, a month after I ordered???? No where on their site does it say it would take that long to arrive for non-custom orders. They are ripping folks off but yet people continue to order. Last time I don’t look into reviews before I order. I don’t know about you but I work really hard for my money and to be able to purchase my kids things for Christmas and this gift never arrived. Sad, really really sad.

SCAM

Ordered a product 12/12/24 and have not received my item yet. The "company" has sent three tracking numbers all awaiting for the item to get shipped. They keep giving me the run around saying they aren't a scam and they are shipping the item and have contacted USPS. Bunch of bullshit. How can they improve? Maybe if they sent out the item that was purchased already. Offering a 20% discount as if I would recommend or buy anything else from this place and not receive it! Sorry you still haven't gotten your item you have paid for already here's a small discount so you can roll the dice and not get your product again! Don't waste your hard earned money on this shitty company.

Bad customer service

Ordered slippers for my son’s birthday and they were super small. Many emails back and forth, finally received details to send back for refund. After paying to ship them back, they told me they sent me the toddler size and asked if I wanted them to send me the correct size. I declined and still asked for refund. I was appalled that they wouldn’t just send me the correct size, at least minus what I paid to ship the incorrect item back. Scam site

Hello everyone, today I will be talking about my experience with using trend sellers. If you find this helpful make sure to click the useful button on this post 👇.For my experience, I had ordered two AirPod pro cases on march 16. I was so worried that my money had gone to waste because of the reviews, but I’m here to tell you that I had just got my order on April 1. The main thing I didn’t like is that the company wasn’t really communicating with me about my order and it took them so long to deliver and it took them 16 days to deliver my package , but I’m glad I finally got it.

Scam-never ship/cancel your order-no refund!

I ordered sneaker slippers on Nov 24. It’s Dec 20 and I just checked the tracking info and order was cancelled. They did not inform me of that nor refund me. I emailed them on Dec 1 to check on status and they said they would be here before Xmas. I emailed them twice today with no response.

VANS CASE YET TO COME

I ordered the vans iPhone case and that was September 29th, and It said 5-7 business days, well past 7 days and I got nothing I emailed them and they said they could take up to 10-15 days, I stated in my email I was very unhappy with my purchase, if you are going to take longer to ship something don’t lead me on to think I’ll have it in a week or less, I am pissed at this point any other company would still make sure you got the product and refund the money, how are they still even in business?!

Worst shipping department ever!

I ordered airpod cases (2) over 2 months ago after a month of not receiving them I emailed customer service. They supposedly resent both cases but I only received one case, I then again emailed customer service and was told they would send the case I didn’t receive. Here I am two month later with two of the same cases! One was suppose to be for me the other for my son. Stay far away from these clowns can’t seem to get anything right!
