Rug did not meet my expectations, and arrived much later than the expected delivery date. The company is also based in Sweden which isn’t so obvious when you look at the website. Getting live tracking information was also a nightmare. Very disappointed.

Nothing like the picture they advertised, then charged £9.99 to return and took a month for your money back after fighting for it. I wouldn't recommend

Order was cancelled by you as you didn’t have stock so goods not received however you proceeded to pursue Klarna even with the evidence of cancellation for the money . So no wouldn’t purchase or recommend your company

Don't do it you'll regret it quality not worth the money

I ordered a rug that has been lost in transit. I can appreciate that this happens sometimes but what annoys me is that they do not respond to emails and the phone line is a premium number that puts you on hold but never connects to a person!

I will continue to pursue a refund for as long as it takes. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable business. More fool me for not reading the reviews!

My carpets arrived quickly as per the company dispatch note. They proved to be unsuitable for the positions we had chosen so had to be returned. The returns process was excellent with constant updates being given to me and my query emails being answered immediately. The professional way they dealt with the returns gives me great confidence in using Trend again in the future.

If you wish to be ripped off carry on, but you must first realise they are cheats and con merchants, You will be both disappointed with dreadful quality and you will not get your money back. I have been waiting for 50 days now since return of the product and the keep telling me they are awaiting receipt , blaming customs etc etc and we know by their own tracking system that it was back with them on 9th February 2026 Please Leave Alone , Read Reviews and Keep Your Cash , NOTE they are SWEDISH 28/03/2026

Refund too way longer than it should to process

Great experience! The order was delivered quickly and the product was exactly as on the website.

I was kept updated on the progress of my order and delivery, which was very useful.

The date of delivery was as planned and the quality of my purchase items is excellent.

I will definitely purchase again from this company.

Disappointed with the quality of the rug and and having to pay to return a rug that was threadbare in one patch.

The rug was dispatched quickly and came in great packaging. Really pleased with the quality, exactly as described.

Please DO NOT waste your money.
These are poor and cheap looking, extremely thin and i would actually say they should be described as a mat not a rug.

Also despite having a UK web site domain with statements like " the UK's biggest online rug seller" the company is actually based in Sweden. This is extremely misleading and potentially fraudulent advertising.

I wish i had looked at the reviews first, i am now stuck with a cheap piece of tat that cost me over £100 but isn't even worth £20.

I will return it but looking at other reviews a lot of people don't seem to ever get their money back.

I am so disappointed with the rug I purchased. There was a 15% offer code available, but at the checkout stage, there was no where to enter the discount code, I did email the company and received a very quick response with the 15% discount added on. Delivery was longer than stated, but not too bad, however, the rug itself is so disappointing. It is extremely thin and unfortunately leaves prints of whatever, once stood on, literally my dog’s paw print shows, it is that thin. Supposed to be a black rug, but the underneath is showing through on movement of the rug. Would not recommend and would not purchase again. This was not a cheap rug to purchase, I feel like the image on the internet does not match the quality or show the trueness of the rug. Extremely disappointed considering the price I paid. I feel like I paid Debenhams prices for Temu quality. In fact, I believe Temu would be better quality than what I have received from this company. Not the easiest process to return also.

Ordered a plastic mat made by Horredmatta in Sweden.
Exactly like the one I bought a few years ago.
Good quality mat.
But website said delivery within 14 days. It took nearly 28 days because the warehouse didn’t sent it to them in time.
Had to chase them on the phone. Their phone contact hours are limited.
So mat was good but delivery was too slow. Otherwise it would have been 4stars.

It took an awful long time for delivery, then when my rugs arrived there was one missing. I had to contact customer care to ask what had happened to my 3rd rug. I eventually received it. Although I must admit I am happy with the rugs.

My rug is a perfect colour for my lounge, so the website colour was accurate. I thought it was good value for the price and I'vereceivedlots of compliments. My only slight disappointment was it took longer than I thought to arrive.
