with the subject “Trustpilot—Cancellation” and include:

the email you used to sign up

your full name (as shown on this review)

last 4 digits of the card (or a recent invoice ID)

We’ll locate your account, cancel on the spot, and send written confirmation. If any charges were taken after your original cancellation attempt, we’ll reverse those right away. Also noted on your feedback that our monthly trend report duplicates a service you already use—thank you; we’ll review how we make that clearer before trial/checkout.

It appears the trial cancellation was made on one account, while the other—associated with the charges—remained active.

We’ve now cancelled the active subscription and, as a gesture of goodwill, have issued a one-time refund for the most recent charge. You’ll see the funds returned to your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
