I did the 7 day free trial and it was good since they give you time to explore the website. Im a busy person and was gonna cancel on day 6 but forgot and got charged on the 7th day when I thought I would have time until like 11:59pm. I emailed the support team immediately to see if there was a chance for a refund since I wasn’t ready to purchase or use the service in that moment. They emailed me 2 days later and handled it well. They were very understanding and appreciated that I gave the service tried and provided the refund!

please cancel subscription as i was also that i had canceled subscription but i can see that they are still attempting to withdrawal monthly funds unsuccessfully. trendrocket is not for me as the monthly trend report is built into a service that i am already using.

I recently found out that Trend Rocket is still billing me after 4 months of a cancelled trail

I recently found out that Trend Rocket has been charging me €47.11 every month, even though I canceled my free trial before it ended. I’m 100% sure I canceled it, and when I tried to log back in afterward, I couldn’t even access my account anymore.

I’ve already sent them an email asking for a full refund and to stop the billing immediately, and now I’m just waiting to see if they respond.

I find this totally not okay, especially after seeing that many other people are having the same issue here on Trustpilot. I actually came back because I was considering using Trend Rocket again, but this whole situation has made me lose trust completely.

I didn’t like the tool

I didn’t like the tool. A lot of brands without data, like the ads they run for example (so useless). I cancelled my free trial so that i could test it out but then in couldn’t enter anymore. I e-mailed them and could get back in, but then they charged me anyway after i cancelled already. But I have to say they did give me the full refund after. Overall just not a good product/experience

was billed after canceling 7-day free trial need refund

I signed up for the 7-day free trial and canceled my subscription on the seventh day, before the billing period began. Despite this, I was charged $49, which I was not expecting.

As a small business owner currently struggling to get my dropshipping store off the ground, this unexpected charge has put me in a difficult position financially. When I canceled the trial, there was no indication that I would still be billed

I want to start by saying again that I actually liked TrendRocket and had planned to come back and subscribe once I was in a better financial position. However, I was recently billed even though I had already canceled my subscription.

I contacted Customer Service twice by email but have not received a response. I’m certain I canceled before the billing period began, as I did not see any charges on my bank account or on TrendRocket until after my cancellation. This makes me think my cancellation may not have gone through properly.

I kindly ask that you review my account and issue a refund. I believe this would be the right thing to do, and it would mean a lot to me given my current financial situation.

Does as advertised and easy to use

Does as advertised. Really helped me generate ideas and looks at what a number of other ideas were doing to further help formulate my own plans. I had a billing issue which was my fault entirely not theirs and they were super quick to respond and help me out which so many companies just say bad luck. Great to see some care for customers in a world where we see less and less

Complete scam

Complete scammers. I signed up for the trial and remembered to cancel it before it ended. However, when you follow the rules on their website to cancel it is not clear how to do so as there are no buttons or sections that put cancel my suscrption. As a result, when the trial ends they charge you the 46€ the subscription costs. Please, do not make the same mistake. Stay away from this site.

You can never cancel a subscription in its trail stage. Their support team finally responded after a long wait and never resolved the issue.

i don’t think I have given a 1 start review ever!

The customer service is awful and takes feedback too emotionally!

Second I made 2 or 3 accounts because their software kept on forcing me to create them (as it wouldn’t let me sign in or change account) and then charged my card and blocked my account

Little to no useful data or insight. They give an arbitrary revenue and scaling score based on what they say is proprietary data insights.

Firstly, I never trust it when software company is obscure with their system and how they gather data. You expect people to just believe that your revenue and scaling score is accurate?

Secondly, let's just say that the score is accurate. What does it really represent? Let's say there is a brand scoring 40 in revenue and 60 in scaling - How am I supposed to use this score? How am I supposed to analyze the score? What does 40 mean? What does 60 mean? What do those numbers represent and how do they correlate with real numbers like, for example, revenue or the amount of adspent, or maybe the competition?

Revealing the real metrics breakdown of REAL NUMBERS that truly matter would be far more useful than giving obscure scoring numbers. For example, real numbers such as the estimated traffic, the estimated revenue, when the products are launched, for how long have the ads been running, number of competitors, estimated spend on ads. These are FAR MORE USEFUL than arbitrary scoring numbers that don't mean anything.

If you want to offer something really valuable, you should show REAL METRICS that matter rather than arbitrarily and obscurely assigning score to a brand which CANNOT BE ANALYZED AT ALL by the users.
