*Return with Store Credit: Ship back the item with our free return label. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue store credit for the full purchase amount. The store credit code can be used on any new purchases with us.
*Return to Payment Method: Purchase your own shipping label through FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Delivery duties must be paid upfront. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping is horrible.
First of all, there’s no phone number to contact customer service. Second, they charge for express shipping that turns out not to be express at all. It’s currently taking over 10 business days to express it via UPS. It’s impossible to reach either sender or UPS rep. Extremely annoying!

This website is the worst
This website is the worst. I ordered a suit from them and the suit my size and the suit itself was already tampered with. So the suit fits really small on. I can’t believe they would deliver an outfit that was already tampered with. And to make things worse they change their refund policy.

Authentic and Good price
I was able to order a shirt that isn't even sold here in the US and get it within a week.
Best part is, it was a lot less and came right to my door.

Not very impressed. The selection is limited. Returned items only warranted with a store credit.
Returned items take a long time to even received that credit.

This company is fraud! They sent me the wrong shoes and are not willing to do anything about it ! I ordered D&G Boots and they sent G&G like what ! PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !
