I ordered 213.00 dollars worth of clothing n I can’t find a number to call. I got scammed. Never order from them. Total rip off. I won’t see a penny of my money or any items. Been two months. Facebook needs to check who’s advertising on their site. Sooo upset.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a shirt in March and it was too small so I returned it. For 3.5 months I'm trying to get a refund and they said they issued it on 5/29 and my bank is not seeing it. Everyday I email them and I get the same dumb emails back. I'm very frustrated at this point. It's only $23.81 so I guess they need it more than I do. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I don't even think that it should get 1 star. It is a scam and you cannot get your money back. They doubled my order and the items were awful. They sent me an address with explicit instructions on where to send it back, tracking numbers, information on why your returning, etc. Followed all their requirements and received an email back from them that I did not send it to the correct address and would only refund me a small portion. I never received a refund and I am still going back and forth with them. I have sent them all the information they sent to me continuously, numerous times. It is a huge scam. Do not recommend buying anything from this website.

i's a scam!!!!! dont even think of ordering from this place.
l've orederd 2 swimsuit, both of then looks entirely diffrent from the picture due to filter, one of tham was in a diffrent pattern than in the picture, when l asked to get my money back they were tiring me in emailing, not avbout to be decent enough to refund my money for this swim.

This company is cheaters and just collecting people money without providing any orders.
I paid for item that I never got. Also they didn’t refund the money back

OMG! Why didn't I check the reviews. I'm a frequent buyer online. I've never had such a terrible experience with a company. Trendysuper should be banned and taken of the market for the scammers they are. When I couldn't find a number to contact them to cancel my purchase after 3 weeks later that was a red flag. I searched the web and found their page on Facebook. Their response was the carrier was late posting. They actually blamed it on the carrier. Even after I called FedEx to confirm if they even received the package. FedEx told me they didn't receive a package they just sent the shipping slip and to contact shipper. Another week waiting and the package arrives. I opened the bag and each of the three items were individually in a separate bag. When I opened each bag I immediately noticed a dingy smell like body order and old perfume. No tags on any item. Obviously they have been worn before. Weird sizes too. All the items I purchased were size small but they didn't appear to be that size when they arrived. I'm 120lbs and wear a size small.I can tell the difference between a size small to a size large. I emailed to request a refund and an address where to ship back and have not got a response yet. After reading these reviews I don't think I'll be wasting any more money or time. No use in shipping back if I wont be refunded. Please don't bother with this company. Poor customer service and unprofessional.

Terrible experience, dodgy activity and communication. Quality of product is bad, cheap looking stuff made of polyester but more importantly; they do not provide a refund when requested. They talk you into keeping the item (instead of returning) and accepting less than half the purchase amount as refund (saying postage to China is very high). Then when querying why no refund arrives ...they keep asking to wait longer... but never actually refunding anything. AVOID!

The product that came in was so cheap and the fabric was so cheap. The sizing was completely off! No returns allowed. Product came in spurts and when called to cancel the remaining orders, they denied. I could not even sell the product at a garage sale. I wanted to give it zero stars!!

If I can give this company 0 stars I will. This company only wants your money. They state how easy it is to return your items. I returned my item more than a month ago and followed exactly how they wanted. Now that I email and ask when will I receive my money. They told me they never received my return. I went to the post office and they saidfrom where I lived it only takes 2 days and if there was anything the package would be return to me. So now there’s nothing I can do because obviously they have the item but refuse to refund my money. This company is money hunger.

DANGER DANGER DANGER,stay away from this company, ordered six items for my wife two months in advance for are vacation (dress,top and shoes) and after 6 weeks still hadn’t received a thing.Tried to contact them with no success for over a week.Then had to go through PayPal which had no success in contacting them.
Please stay away from these crooks.

Don't don't don't buy anything from here, literally they are stilling hour money, and you cant contact them back! All the clothes, they sell there, are completely a joke, horrible, no even close on the picture they posted!!! I am super mad, I need my money back!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

ONLY 2 ITEMS OUT OF 6 WAS RECEIVED IN THE MONTH WITH NO EXPLANATION ABOUT THE REST OF THE ORDER. QUALITY IS BAD. 2 MONTH WAITING FOR REFUND AND NOT SURE IF WILL GET ONE.

The crappiest service ever. I probably should have paid a bit more attention but it seemed like an American site when ordering and not Chinese. I ordered a dress over two months ago and I haven't received it yet. Their email and site inform that it will take no more than 15 days. On top of it, I received a mail to pay additional 10 dollars in import charges. Untrustworthy, unprofessional business. Lesson learned!

THERE IS ZERO CORRESPONDENCE ONCE YOU PAY, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CLOTHES ARE HIDEOUS- THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES- THE QUALITY- MATERIAL, SEWING ETC IS REALLY BAD QUALITY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Got my items within a month. The quality is horrible, the sizes are weird and everything looks hilarious.
Just don't buy there.

I hated to have to rate this site, they have had 3 weeks and can't even tell me the package was shipped or not. I want my money back or package shipped. I'm calling my CC company.

Its terrible,
and now I can't retur it,
email invalid and "contact us" page is with verification code is never valid.
I lost $260 !!!!!

I received my clothes finally after 2 months while they promise shipping within 3-7 working days. Also the clothes I received is CRAP!! Don't be fooled by the pictures they show on their website because the quality items you get is completely different.
They refuse to give you your money back!

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!
