I found it very easy to book a survey. I was kept informed of the progress of my request and I received a comprehensive report with accompanying photos of the property I was buying. There was also an opportunity to request a callback from the surveyor to discuss any issues if I should need it.

A very competitive quote sent over very quickly. Prompt service to book the survey in with the selling estate agent. The report of the survey was in depth, but not in a way that was too hard to understand. The after care call from the surveyor helped me to get the points noted in the survey in proportion to how urgent some property maintenance is needed. Cheapest out of quotes, and detailed report with pictures and descriptions. report included everything from the garage wiring to loft ventilation. Very happy. report also was also done after 5 days, that is including Saturday and Sunday alot faster than other companies predict.

Detailed survey with a quick report. The surveyor was on time and professional. After the report was produced I had the opportunity to go through it with the surveyor to discuss any findings.
