I joined TribeFIT as a complete beginner to online coaching after it was positioned to me as a more “done for you” and guaranteed system. In reality, it was not done for you at all. The information was simply handed to you with very little structure, guidance, or support, which left me feeling overwhelmed and lost.

There was a strong focus on running ads, even though I didn’t yet have a solid organic foundation or clear messaging. On top of the already high cost of the program, you’re also expected to spend additional money on ads, which was not clearly communicated upfront.

The program also states they work with you until you make your investment back, but my one on one support ended after about three months. The ending felt abrupt, with no check in, feedback, or follow up on my experience.

When I later reached out explaining that I wasn’t happy and felt I hadn’t gotten much value for the amount I paid, I was told I would need to pay more money for additional support. Given the original investment, this felt like poor customer service rather than genuine support.

Overall, this was not a good experience for me and I do not believe this program is suitable for beginners starting from zero. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before investing.

Massive Scam – Do NOT Give Chris from TribeFit a Single Dollar

I sincerely wish I had read a review like this before I signed up. In early 2025 I paid Chris from TribeFit almost AU$9,000 over three months for what he promised would be a complete, done-for-you online fitness business that would “guarantee” sales and allow me to quit my job and support my family.
What I actually received:
• An outdated, broken system (old funnels, expired ClickFunnels shares, generic PLR content) that hasn’t been updated in years and does not work in today’s market
• Zero sales, zero leads, zero support after the money was paid
• Countless broken promises – he claimed he would handle everything, drive traffic, and make the business profitable within weeks
Once the payments were made, Chris completely disappeared. He stopped answering calls, ignored emails, and blocked me on WhatsApp when I asked for the refunds he had verbally promised if things didn’t work.
I explained to him multiple times that I have a family, a mortgage, and I was relying on this income. He couldn’t have cared less. He took the money and ran.
This is not “coaching” or “business building” – this is straight-up fraud. Chris preys on people who are desperate to change their lives, makes huge income claims with no evidence, and then ghosts them after the money is in his account.
If you’re reading this and considering TribeFit or any program run by Chris, please walk away. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the stress and heartbreak. There are legitimate mentors out there – Chris is not one of them.
I hope this review helps even one person avoid the same nightmare. Chris, you should be ashamed of yourself for what you’re doing to good, hardworking people and their families.
One day the truth always catches up. I genuinely hope you are held accountable for the damage you’ve caused.
1/10 – the worst “business” experience of my life.

In my opinion, Tribefit is very overpriced for what they offer. They claim to provide personalized mentoring but then provide cookie cutter video courses. When you ask questions (via email or facebook) you are told to go back and watch the video lessons. Doing exactly what their lessons tell you will NOT get you the results they promise or claim. You can get most of the information they provide for free on YouTube.

A very big thank you to the team at Tribefit. i literally had no idea what to do and they helped make everything super simple and clear in a easy to follow way to get me online and start getting clients. thanks guys

For what ever reason no matter how much or how many times i tried to grow my online fitness business - i just couldnt get the result or couldnt get clear on who my market was, my niche, my offer and what to do that would actually work. not only the tools but the support and i guess help and more so gave me the confidence to push forward on things that i'd over think before. helped me get so much momentum which i just couldnt get before. thanks chris, blake and the team

My genuine experience with this program:

Back in December 2024 I was looking for coaching to get out of the desperate situation I was in with my business. After talking to a few coaches my top 2 were Tribefit & IFCA. They both sold the dream of getting new clients. But I chose Tribefit over IFCA for two main reasons. Chris nailed the sales call with my husband (also a sales person) and the price point was 4 thousand dollars less. I paid $7k

This is what happens: First you have an awesome call with Chris, he is an amazing sales person makes you feel heard and assures you that with his program you will get new clients and you will not have to spend much money to do ads..
Once you are in the program that sense of being heard is gone. You'll have to watch the videos and schedule time with your accountability coach to ask questions but you have no idea what to ask because you really don't fully understand what to do. You'll probably do some organic reach, this is how chris says you won't have to spend money to do ads because you'll get organic clients that are already in your circle and with that money from those clients you'll do ads. I got zero clients from organic. From there everything makes a little more sense because you'll have to start running ads, I spent 2k, so you'll join the live expert sessions to ask quetions about sales, ads or messages. From here you just hope all the investment you've made works. For me it did not. I made 2 sales and made back 4k of the 9k I invested.

Maybe if I would have been a better sales person or had more money to throw at ads I would have succeeded.

Pros of the program:
I learned how to set an AD campaign with Meta/facebook.

If you do sign up for this program I highly suggest you read the agreement and understand it fully.

I have been working with TribeFit and Chris Lynton for 2 months now and I would highly recommend their services. We joined TribeFit after several warm and generous sales calls where we felt really listened to. We explained our doubts and lack of experience in sales/marketing, and were assured that we were the “perfect fit” and would receive all the 1:1 mentoring we needed to overcome these challenges. This gave us the confidence to invest £4,600, even though it was a huge stretch for us.

Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Our assigned mentor was a lovely guy but had clearly received no handover about us, and it felt like our ideas were just being rubber-stamped without much personalised thought or input. The live “expert” sessions offered only a few minutes of vague advice, and although we persisted through the modules (which did have useful information for beginners like us), working hours around our existing schedule to try to grow our social media page, the recommendations simply didn’t work for us. We also spent over £500 on ads with zero real results.

Chris came across as a nice guy, but it seemed that as the program had scaled, the quality of support decreased, and we were left feeling abandoned. You could only really access his time in the once a week live sales session, and if, like us, your outreach or ads weren’t working, you didn’t have any sales to discuss.

By the end of the program, it was clear that Chris barely knew who we were, and it often felt like attention was only really given to those who were already succeeding. Yes, we were left to be included in the active group with access to the lives for more than the 90 days, but we received so little in terms of 1:1 support that it would have been really bad if we didn’t at least get that considering what we had paid.

When we finally did receive a 1:1 catch-up with our newly assigned mentor, the only offer made was to pay an additional £1,000 per month for more direct support from Chris — despite the initial guarantee that we would be guided until we doubled our investment. The last message we sent to Chris expressing our frustrations was deleted from the chat history, followed by a short, generic reply with no constructive response to the negative feedback we gave.

This experience left us financially, mentally, and emotionally drained. We did learn constructive things about ourselves in the process, but primarily we learned what we don’t want to be as a service — to just focus on selling at any cost. Sadly, it also highlighted, at least for us, how little the mentorship delivered compared to what was promised.

Note: We wanted to leave this review earlier but only recently discovered that TribeFit has a Trustpilot page. Our experience took place in early 2024, and this review reflects that timeframe.

Absolute waste of money. I paid on a Friday. Never heard from Chris for 3 weeks. Only hears from him as I rang him to ask. What the heck did I just pay for.
You get given a course to do. All about Chris and his mate blowing smoke up his ass. Then how to scam people to pay you with his sales techniques. He would literally take hour last dollar and move on happily. He also offers a guarantee. To help you until you make your invested money back. Which is a total lie. He cuts you out of access the minute your 12 weeks is up
You get 1 20 minute call with a coach per week. That's it. Plus a course. Which I struggled with. Asked for help but got no response..
I ended up getting nowhere for my 7.5k. He's just a salesman. He'll say he's created a 7 figure online fitness coaching business in the past. But he is sooo full of shit.. When asking him about that kind of workload and how does he manage it. He could give an answer. In his course. He actually talks about going into supporting plumbers. But after a month or so. He realised he knew nothing about plumbing. So his mentor suggested going into fitness.
Edit.. to tribefits reply.. I did try another online coach. Fitness profits. For 1 week. I paid them $500 dollars for a week. I got 2 zoom meetings for this. The second meeting. I got a text 10 minutes before saying I can't make the meeting. So. I wanted out. Asked for a 60% refund. Which they gave. Kevin from them said Chris was the best coach in Australia. So I went and gave tribefit a go. Propane fitness warned me. Tribefit are the worst for online coaching on the internet. I agree with them now.
Chris also said my alternate coach knew nothing about fitness. Coachingcollevtive. Contact them if you truly are looking for a wonderful online coach. Talk to Mark there.. then you will learn. Chris couldn't lie straight in bed. In his own bed or his 3rd investment property he talks about on one of his videos..
Best of luck guys. The fitness industry can be very rewarding. I started in 1999. I've gained a masters degree in fitness. Level.1 crossfit instructor and numerous group classes. But I left the industry because it became about direct debits and ripping people off. Tribefit have been the worst example of this act I've ever seen sadly..

This was easily the worst decision I’ve ever made for my business with a hefty price tag of $7200. I was extremely disappointed to learn that TribeFit offers a payment of $150 per testimonial— a fact that I learned when joining the group based on a video of Chris the owner quite literally offering that payment for reviews. Tribefit has flagged and removed this review several times now for saying as much, yet I can PROVE every single thing I’m saying here (yes, I downloaded the video and am happy to share with anyone who disputes the truth behind my review).

I hired Chris after losing literally everything I had. I was involved in an accident that paralyzed me. During my very lengthy recovery I lost my home and all my savings, and was very limited with what I could do for work. I went from having a 6 figure business to nothing at all virtually overnight.

I shared all of this with Chris on our sales call, telling him I had nothing— the $7200 investment was WAY more than I had. But I took out a loan (with a year to pay it back) so I could pay him. At no point during that sales call did he share that in order to be successful you DO either need an audience that engages or a large sum of money to pour into paid ads. You absolutely cannot be successful in this program without one of those things (he will say that isn’t true by pointing to outliers). He knew I had neither— my IG page had been deactivated during my recovery and was inactive at the time of our sales call.

During that sales call I was told that his money back guarantee had changed to “double your investment in 3 months or we’ll work with you until you do”. He made me feel so confident that he could help that I accepted despite this being a much less appealing offer.

When I got into the training I was initially a little panicked… what had I paid for?? I was to use organic lead generation (mostly through IG) to make enough money to fund my paid ads. ALL- yes, ALL- of the information is available for free online. ALL. But I thought, maybe it’s the coaching I’m paying for… wrong.

I was assigned to work with Blake, who I found to be exceptionally unhelpful. His role is to answer “general questions” which he does by a) referring you to a video you already told him you watched and was not helpful, b) belittling you for asking the question, or c) recommending you flip a coin (NOT an appropriate solution when it comes to MAJOR business decisions.

There’s an “expert” there to help you with your ads but he’s only available for 30 min sessions 2x/week and those sessions are often so busy that he can’t get to everyone, which has happened to me multiple times. This is tough when you’re trying to do things in a timely way so you can actually start making money.

I did every single thing that was required of me during my 3 month period. I began paid ads after making zero dollars with the organic strategies so I was funding them with my grocery money. Organic strategies don’t really work when you have no audience. When I made it to the end of 3 months with 0 new clients I contacted Chris.

I explained my extreme frustration with Blake and asked him to watch our recorded calls so he could see that this guy had effectively wasted 3 months of my life. He did not. He offered to work with me instead, but kept Blake involved in my business after I had explicitly said I want him nowhere near it.

During that time he ran me in circles. I worked with someone to update my script only to be advised to return to what was basically my original format. I was told I would get help with paid ads and then was referred back to organic lead generation… it became very clear that the goal was to simply tire me out until I quit the program— with a loss of my investment.

I reached month 6 with concrete evidence I had gone above and beyond everything asked of me. Chris asked for 1.5 hrs/day and I was doing 3-8+ (more on weekends). I asked for my money back and of course was denied. His contract completely screws the coach and protects himself. So he gets to keep my investment and leaves me in a much worse place than he found me. I feel compelled to share this with other coaches so you don’t waste your hard earned money or time.

By the way, this is hardly a one off, in fact there are MANY members in his group are in my exact position. How do I know? Because there are over 2 dozen of them in a group chat with me right now (all references to them shared with permission).

I have 6 months left to pay back the loan I took out for my investment and I have no idea what I’m going to do. I have tried going through mediation as my contract outlines but a single day of mediation costs more than the entire TribeFit program.

UPDATE: despite TribeFit trying relentlessly to get my review taken down it’s still up because I provided Trustpilot with extensive documentation proving every single point I’ve made. Happy to share with you too!

Enjoyed the help from the team at tribefit. learnt heaps and surprisingly even helped with our gym marketing too.

Real good company but I can't believe after 11 months into the program I still have not landed a single client. They have real good modules and real good live Q and A's. They are very descriptive on how to help you and give you a step by step plan.
I have worked very hard and still have not landed a client so I have to give a 4 star instead of a 5 star. I thought I was going to land a client within 3 months.
I am not sure what is missing but I feel I am missing something, being 11 months in and not landing a client yet.
