Trillet amazes me in that I've only been in the Skool community about a month, and joined the platform a couple of weeks ago. But the growth of Trillet, the features that continually are being released makes this a one-stop platform for all a business will need that you as an agency can offer, and they continue to grow.

What convinced me to join was, "when you succeed, we succeed." Trillet is about their users and providing the best tools and training for their success, and the key team members are always available and approachable when you have a question, and a community that has a heart to help. They do all they can so that you can succeed.

You don't have to be technical to use the system, it's designed that way. It's designed for your success.

Still pretty new to Trillet but I've spent a lot of time testing and building with other AI voice tools and this one is easily the best I've found.

They're always rolling out improvements. Not random feature dumps either... you can tell they're building what people actually need. And if something doesn't fit their vision, they just say so.

The support is what really stands out. Via their Skool community, they're open to feedback, fast to respond and helpful when you need them. Honestly hard to find these days!

Great platform to kick start your business all in one without being to complicated all integrations easy to manoeuvre.

I've used both VAPI and Retell, and now Trillet is the best of the three by a clear margin. The platform gives you proper control over agent behaviour, the voices and telephony are a genuine selling point for local clients, and getting a new agent live is incredibly quick. Migrating from VAPI to Trillet was seamless.

But the real differentiator is the support. The team, headed up by Andrew and Ming, responds, actually helps, and follows through. I haven't experienced that level of service from any other voice AI provider. They run an active community on Skool.com which adds real value. You can see they're listening to what users need and building accordingly. If you're running an AI agency and need a white-label voice platform that works in production, stop shopping around. They cater direct to business too. I feel with VAPI and Retell unless you are a large enterprise you are forgotten about.

The native integrations for Calendar and CRM are great. It takes away the complexity of needing to connect automation platforms like Make.com or n8n. For those more technically minded, they have excellent API documentation, and you can extend functionality using MCP. I used Claude Code to pull existing call data from one of my voice agents, identify where it could be improved, and upsell the client on the back of it.

My recommendation: just give it a go. You'll be up and running straight away, and they have a free trial.

Trillet is a great platform. Their AI Voice Technology is beyond amazing. They are changing the way AI Voice Technology is being used. I give them Five Stars because their Tech Support / Engineering Staff responsiveness and talent are truly worth Five Stars!

The platform is well-built and reliable, and the AI voice capabilities sit right at the level you need for professional client-facing deployments. Crucially, when questions have come up, the support has been consistently excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The library of instruction videos is a great touch too; clear, practical, and actually useful when you're setting things up.

There's also a community aspect to Trillet that I didn't fully anticipate — it adds real value, both in terms of shared knowledge and motivation.

Considering everything you get access to, the pricing is exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build and scale a white label AI voice agent business and this is from someone with no real tech background, cant fault them!
