Beautiful curated clothes. Great service and quick delivery.

Effective delivery perfect product

I recently purchased a pair of jeans on sale, and I am thoroughly impressed. The jeans look fantastic, and the size is perfect. As a UK size 8-10, I ordered size 27, which fits exceptionally well. The price was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the package a day earlier than expected. Overall, a great shopping experience!

Trilogy Stores offer elegant styles and quality clothing. The online service is efficient as my order was processed quickly and delivered without any damage.

The item was on sale and in my size a lucky find . It was so easy to order and the whole process was very quick .

I received my online order and it had make up stains on it. I was able to wash these away so I did not return the product, but was left annoyed as it was a 150 gbp product. I will buy in store next time.

Apparently my package went missing via UPS. It's a bit odd as i wasn't given a UPS tracking no in the first place/. Strange?

I received what I ordered and they look and feel nice but I’m just confused by this thing of sending out jeans unhemmed. Fraying at the hem is not a good look and reduces life span I believe.

Great and quick service

I bought something online. It was delivered quickly by UPS and when I took back to a store for a refund, refund was issued in a few days. Really impressed

my order was messed up and incorrect. I received items I didn't order and the wrong sizes for items I did.
I was also told one item was out of stock and I had been refunded. I called customer service. I was told to return to the items to the Hampstead store and I the items that were missing, i.e. the right size jeans and jacket would be there for me today the 15/07. I was also told I was refunded for the out of stock item.
I went today to the store, Poula, the assistant there was very helpful but it wasn't her fault. She called to sort out the refund that was supposed to issued and wasn't. She couldn't however resolve it. she oreder again one of the items I was supposed to get in the store never came.
The result is no refund issued, missing items not obtained and another trip to the store necessary.
Paola was as gracious as possible and it is due to her good nature that I am returning. Not what I would expect from a such a store.

Item was delivered quickly and I am delighted with my dress! Would definitely order from this shop again as they have a nice website and stylish clothes.
