I ordered a pair of jeans they were in stock , Unfortunately 24 hours later I got an email saying they had no stock left and they gave me a refund .

Loving my Ellie straight leg jeans by 7 for All Mankind, so soft. Online purchase and fit perfectly with helpful info about fit and sizes was easy to get the correct size.
You Just ordered same pair in a different wash.

My 2 pairs of jeans didn’t arrive and I didn’t get an email to let me know. No refunds have come through

apparently they ran out of stock, the mail to inform me about the cancellation of my order never arrived either

Let me order product and then a day later told me it was out of stock. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 items and without being informed I was issued a refund for one of them and received the other. I should’ve been notified so I could’ve ordered an alternative. There needs to be better customer service.

The Jeans were delivered on time but the Jeans themselves have a faulty/broken zip. The zip only stays up with a safety pin and it is not because they are too small they fit fine. The length of the legs stops just above the ankle bone which is shorter than my usual J brand 'Maria' style that I normally buy. I don't mind but just wanted to mention it. They were very expensive so I was a bit disappointed

Ordered dress on line and it was slightly small - returns very easy and got replacement quickly. I was kept informed throughout process. Very happy with my experience using this store.

No email correspondence. Only fulfilled a third of the order and supplied no update to communicate or explain this. Very disappointing.

I purchased an item on line, on the 9th December as a Christmas present……it is now the 22nd and I have still not received it. It turns out that someone at Trilogy wrote the incorrect address and UPS weren’t able to find me. I made three calls to Trilogy and was told the address had been updated. Then I was told that the parcel would not arrive until the 27th! This morning I had emails from UPS still stating the incorrect address. I called Trilogy stating I wanted a refund and was told I could only have it when the parcel arrived back to them! I was astounded at the attitude and rudeness I experienced from the staff and manager…… frankly their customer service is abysmal. They need some serious training.

I don't usually buy a great deal online, preferring to shop instore to support my local high street. I love the brands Trilogy offers and have been tempted on many occasions but this time they had several styles I was after at a really great price. I wasn't disappointed and kept everything I ordered. The speed of delivery was great, the items were packaged beautifully and the quality was as expected. I'll definitely shop with Trilogy again.
