Happy with the experience. Dr is super easy to talk to. He addressed all my concerns during the tele consultations. I’ve lost 9kg within the last 3 months. Minimal side effects. The most was 3-4 occasional gastric reflux which was resolved by taking Gaviscon. A little constipation cos I was eating much lesser but hydration and probiotics resolved that easily too. Dr Zac is really easy to talk to, puts you at ease and there's absolutely no judgement or negative tone in his voice or body language. You just feel like a normal person, seeking help for a normal condition. He gives sound advice and every interaction feels like a genuine one rather than a transaction.
