I went to Josh with severe shin splints stopping me from doing sport. 3 months later I am back to all sport and my shin splints are non-existent thanks to his massages, workout plan and stretching plans.

Josh is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Josh also makes you relaxed with his welcoming personality and expertise. I can’t recommend Josh highly enough! From the very first session, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me recover. He took the time to thoroughly assess my issues, clearly explain what was going on, and create a personalised plan to help me keep playing football.

After years of lower back pain I have finally found the solution, Josh has been fantastic, polite and professional, we sat down and talked about my back pain, Josh asked questions about my back, my life style and my work life, we started off with back massages every fortnight, I was also given exercises to do in between treatment, after 4 sessions I started to notice a difference, I was then given core exercises to do in between massages, after a few more sessions I really felt the difference and started to notice the back pain was not there anymore, I am now having a monthly maintenance massage to make sure that everything is kept in good working order, Josh has really made a difference to my health and I cannot recommend him enough

My 15 year old, football mad daughter sustained a very painful knee injury. She was actually considering giving up the game she loves. We were very lucky to be given Josh's contact details and arranged an initial consultation with him. In that consultation josh was extremely thorough with his questions, trying to assertain cause, level of pain, and whereabouts of the problem. Very quickly ( within 15 minutes) josh diagnosed a grade 1/2 MCL tear in my daughter's right knee.
Josh then used a very hi tech piece of equipment to measure the difference in the strength of the right knee compared to the left, the difference was startling. Josh then explained clearly, with the help of graphics on a laptop, exactly where the injury was and how the injury effects movement and causes the pain my daughter was experiencing.
Josh then described the steps we needed to take to recover full use of the knee including personalised exercise plan, diet advice, advice on the correct pain killers to use and also all the positivity my daughter needed to realise she will play football again. Josh said he would send me the fitness plan, and test results via email, which he did within 48 hours. Josh even provided us with a letter for my daughter's school advising them of her injury and explaining what she can and can't do in PE.
Yesterday, after 4 weeks of exercise and some considerable effort by my daughter we went back to see josh. He again on did the same tests on the knees and the results were extremely remarkable, her right knee is now as strong as her left, with virtually no pain at all. Josh has given my daughter some more exercises to continue to strengthen the knee and has advised that she can start light training again.
Overall, we found josh to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to understand when explaining and advising on the way forward.
