I finally ordered my Veloped 14er when I received my big Covid Stimulus check. It arrived and I was immediately more mobile than I had been for years because I had 5 crushed vertebrae. Two weeks later I suffered a brain aneurysm resulting in emergency brain surgery that left me becoming a 9% survivor. My Veloped sat in the garage for many months while I slowly recovered learning how to talk again, how to walk and how even to dress myself. But wow, "Persie" became so instrumental in my overall recovery and wellness. I learned to walk, first a few hundred feet, then a mile, and soon I was walking 2.5-3 miles in an hour. I became motivated to take on a big celebratory walk...that was the Camino de Santiago. So, being afraid of the Pyrenees, I started in Logroño and walked to Santiago in 29 days plus 6 rest days for a total of 424.3 miles including sightseeing.
I love my Veloped and intend to do another celebratory walk in 2027 as I survived long-term Covid that destroyed my aortic heart valve. This time "Persie" and I will start in Bayonne, walk to St. Jean Pied de Port to Santiago then continuing on foot to Fisterre and Muxia...650 miles. During my walk I will celebrate 60 year anniversary of my high school graduation and my 78th birthday. Thanks to Trionics I am mobile again. The only sad part is in the USA it is not considered a medical essential product. It could change the lives of many.

Mon expérience d'achat des produits Trionic a été vraiment désagréable :
1. Je n'ai pas pu commander le déambulateur sur leur site web car, lorsque je sélectionnais la Suisse avec le français ou l'anglais comme langue lors de la tentative d'achat, j'étais redirigé vers le site australien ?!?!
2. J'ai trouvé un revendeur local en Suisse, on m'a assuré que le délai de livraison était de 2 à 4 jours ouvrés et j'ai reçu le déambulateur deux semaines plus tard.
3. Il est tout simplement absurde (et dangereux pour l'utilisateur) de vendre un déambulateur avec un siège mais sans dossier, ce qui empêche la personne de tomber en arrière lorsqu'elle essaie de s'asseoir.
4. Lors d'une conversation sur le chat du site américain de Trionic avec « Johan de Trionic », il m'a trouvé un lien pour commander un dossier sur le site allemand de Trionic. Je ne parle pas allemand, ce n'était donc pas l'expérience la plus agréable, mais ça allait. J'ai pu repérer des informations importantes telles que le délai de livraison, qui était de 2 à 4 jours ouvrés. Six jours ouvrés plus tard, le produit n'est toujours pas arrivé et le suivi DHL n'affiche aucune mise à jour depuis 5 jours. J'ai contacté le service client de Trionic qui m'a répondu que, comme j'avais choisi l'option de livraison la moins chère, je devais simplement attendre. Échange d'e-mails très peu professionnel et assez désagréable.
5. Le produit lui-même (Rollator Walker 12er) ne correspond pas tout à fait à ce qui était présenté : les freins nécessitent une force considérable dans les mains (ce que les personnes âgées n'ont généralement pas), il n'y a pas de mécanisme de verrouillage une fois plié...

I have now had my veloped trek for over 4 years. From the start johan johan and stefan have provided a first class service and regularly communicate with customers in a friendly but inobstrusive way throughout the year. I have three walkers Vera, Winnie and Thursday and all serve very different purposes. Vera was my first and by far the best. As an all terrain walker she is sturdy robust comfortable and light to push. Surrounds me for better balance. Is much admired as I go walking on bumpy woodland paths or across fields. Fits neatly in back of my Toyota Yaris with front wheels removed and back seat portion eased. I still get as much enjoyment and freedom from being able to access the countryside with Vera. Today have been on a beautiful walk at Kiplin North Yorkshire with Bluebells Blue skies and Birdsong. Sublime ! Thank you Trionic.

ich leide seit 10Jahren an Ataxie. Endlich ein Walker
der mir Sicherheit und Halt gibt da ich sehr instabil bin und starke Gleichgewichtsstörungen habe. Mein Hund freut sich auf jeden Spaziergang, egal auf welchem Untergrund- im Wald, im Feld, im Sand oder einfach in
der Stadt. Super Teil- habe schon mehrere Rollatoren ausprobiert, keiner hat mich zufriedengestellt- das VELOPED kann ich aber durchaus empfehlen, einfach nur SUPER!!!

Ich habe in einem Sanitätshaus ein Veloped entdeckt und es hat mich auf Anhieb überzeugt. Lange habe ich nach einem Rollator gesucht, mit dem ich auch höhere Bordsteinkanten oder andere Hindernisse leicht erklimmen kann und ich habe ihn mit dem Veloped eindeutig gefunden. Endlich ist das unterwegs Sein wieder eine Freude und keine Last.
Zubehör funktioniert ganz einfach. Für jeden Teil gibt es Anleitungen. Z.B. konnte ich andere Griffe ganz leicht anbringen und die anderen vorher entfernen.
Von der schwedischen Firma Trionic können sich andere definitiv eine Scheibe abschneiden.
Ich bin begeisterte Trionic-Kundin.

heute kam unser Veloped Treck nach nur 3 Tagen pünktlich bei uns an. Verpackung durchdacht, wenig Plastik, in 10 Minuten aufgebaut selbsterklärend, erstes Trainingsversuche sehr positiv. Habe durch Krebs einen zerstörten L4 und bekomme die notwendige Unterstützung. Die Luftbereifumg federt viel Erschütterungen weg. Ich bin positiv gespannt!

Mycket bra information om produkten Veloped Sport på Trionics hemsida. Jag ringde och rådgjorde med personal på företaget om vilken modell som kunde passa mina behov innan jag gjorde beställningen på nätet. Produkten har motsvarat mina förväntningar med råge. Allt som utlovades på hemsidorna om produkten har stämt till fullo. Veloped Sport fungerar oerhört bra och har förbättrat min livskvalitet avsevärt på kort tid. Att det blev 4 stjärnor istället för 5 beror på strul med den firma som Trionics valt som budfirma. De var urdåliga, men Trionics personal hjälpte till så att allt gick bra till slut. Utan detta strul hade själva köpupplevelsen varit en definitiv femma.

I have bought 2 of the velopeds. 1st one 12" wheel (apart from delivery problems) was good.
2nd one 14" wheel was not. Same delivery probs. The clips that hold the handles in were placed that when trying to apply the stand brakes, they hit the lever. I had to undo and move round. The red top on left had stand lever had fallen off (I found it in the box). The gold, crimped on thing at the end of left had brake cable just fell off.
I have found accessories, such as pump & cover useless, more so the expensive comfort seat.

Trionic
Såg er annons i DN och tänkte att rullatorn måste ses på plats. Jag blev glatt överraskad av ert bemötande och alla upplysningar jag fick och nu är jag ägare av rullatorns Rolls Royce. Den ser tung ut men den är lätt som en fjäder. Jag är jättenöjd!!!

The people a Veloped have been patient, kind and thorough throughout the process of deciding which one to buy and then starting to use it. I cannot rate them highly enough! And the machine is excellent. No adverse comments at all; just what I wanted and expected.

Firstly, the customer service has been faultless, from the advice when ordering my trionic velope, to the immediate response when, after daily use for over 5 years, I needed to order a new seat and basket.
I have little to no balance, as well as difficulty walking. The velope has, and continues to be, an absolute life saver. It has given me continued independence, from grocery shopping, to showing off its all terrain capabilities while I'm out walking my dog. The latter, being the main reason that I need to replace the basket and seat cover!
I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Trionic.

From start to finish, the whole process of buying a Trionic 14er W was easy. The walker is exceptional and has changed my life, enabling me to access terrain previous out of my range. The customer service was also exceptional and customer friendly. Helpful, clear and polite , unlike a lot of firms who don't care once they have taken your money. I was delighted by their whole approach and obviously my new walker! I would recommend Trionic to everyone.

Era produkter och ert kundservice är i en klass för sig!

Trionics kundservice kunde inte vara mer tillmötesgående om de ens försökte. De hjälpte mig att välja rätt hjälpmedel för mina individuella behov. Min hopfällbara rollator Walker 12S tillgodoser mina behov av stabilt stöd och transport som känns skonsamt för kroppen. Tack vare stora luftfyllda hjul tar den mig mjukt över trösklar, ojämna trottoar samt annan terräng och den är lättplacerad mellan fram och baksäten i bilen.
Tack än en gång, Trionics, för ett fantastiskt fint hjälpmedel.

As always with Trionic, I had great response to an inquiry about a replacement part for my Trionic rollator. I got a prompt response to my inquiry, quick identification of the part needed and immediate delivery. Great company, great products.

The Veloped is a machine for living. I'm sure that nearly every Vellie owner will tell you that this beautiful creature gave them back a quality of life they thought they'd lost forever. It restores possibilities, confidence, freedom itself. It sparks joy in otherwise joyless, introverted days. It becomes an indispensable part of one's life. You learn to use it, then to trust it, and then you come to love it.
If many answers resemble each other, it's not plagiarism. It's our common experience.

I’ve worked in the care industry till my retirement and have always been wary of walkers as they often look so unstable. All that changes when I spotted a Veloped in a magazine and started my research. I purchased my Veloped and have nothing but joy from it, now able to undertake longer walks without having to worry about being able to sit or what I can carry. This miracle can carry a full weeks shopping, move numerous books around the town with ease and is the wonder of all who see it. I live in a tourist area and am often stopped by strangers asking how I’ve found it and trying it out including Occupational Therapists, so much so I’ve volunteered as an Ambassador. I cannot recommend Trionic highly enough.

Ich habe lange gesucht und habe den richtigen gefunden.Ich habe auch zuerst mit der deutschen Niederlassung in Hamburg ein tolles Beratungsgespräch geführt und dann war ich mir sicher .Mit diesem Rollator kann ich im Wald trotz oft schwerer Unebenheiten immer noch sicher laufen,ohne große Kraftanstrengung . Er lässt sich so leicht lenken was nur gut tut , die Räder weil sie so groß sind und viel Grippe haben drehen nicht durch ,beim bremsen steht er direkt.Auch im Urlaub ,am Strand ist er ein tolles Gefährt mühelos mahlt er sich durch den Sand einfach nur toll . Die Sitzfläche ist okay mit einem extra Belag den man abnehmen kann zum Waschen...ein Rucksack ist dabei sowie ein kleiner Koffer für Lebensmittel, Getränke usw. Nach vorne läuft er ein wenig schmäler werdend zu , und das ganze ist in einer schönen kräftigen Farbe mit Neon Streifen in gelb abgesetzt.Im vorderen Bereich kann man den Rucksack das Köfferchen Schirm und Jacke hineinlegen und hat noch immer Platz.Eine Luftpumpe sollte man sich auch einstecken , denn es sind ja Luftreifen.
Man kann gar nicht alles gute aufschreiben ,es wird zu viel jedoch noch zu erwähnen ist der Kundendienst,ich hatte ein Frage und es kam auch direkt eine Antwort.
Mein Fazit lautet weiter so 👍👍👍und vielen Dank. U.Gräf

Ich habe seit November 2023 den Veloped Tour. Es ist für mich so großartig, dass ich wieder am Leben teil haben kann. Seit 3 Jahren mache ich eine Immuntherapie, dadurch sind die Muskeln geschwächt. Aber durch das Gehen mit dem Velped kann ich vieles ausgleichen. Auch ist der Velped sehr vielseitig einzusetzen, im normalen Alltag, über Wiesen gehen, übers Kiesbett gehen, am Strand entlang usw.
Was für mich eine große Hilfe war und ist, ich habe den Veloped direkt aus Uppsala bekommen, und wurde sehr gut beraten, auch kann man immer nachfragen. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr hilfsbereit.
Also ich würde den Veloped immer wieder kaufen.
Hier in Norddeutschland wird er auch bewundert.
