Tripdash レビュー

Tripdash has a lot of potential for trip bookings, with flights, hotels, and budget options all in one place. The difficulty was resuming a partially planned trip. I couldn’t change flights or hotels once they were scheduled but not booked, and the “Search Flights” button was grayed out with no explanation, so I had to rely on trial and error. A few tips or instructions up front would help new users. Once I started a trip from scratch, though, planning was easy, and I loved seeing flights fully priced up front.

Tripdash makes planning easy, even when juggling several complex trips and excursions at once. The platform is reliable and intuitive, and the clean calendar view keeps scheduling organised and stress-free. The AI companion helps build well-structured itineraries, and I appreciate being able to tailor each trip to my preferences. For travel advisors, the timely training courses are genuinely valuable for professional growth.

It took a little time to get to grips with some features at first, and there's room for improvement: the search could be faster, a smarter search bar for subtabs would help navigation, and a wider range of hotel and airline options would be welcome. Overall, though, Tripdash is a real time-saver, and I'd happily recommend it to other travellers and advisors.

If I could give zero stars I would. I canceled my travel agent subscription with them and it’s been almost 2 months and they keep saying the refund is processing. Tripdash is a scam stay away from this company!! They need to be investigated.

UPDATE: The "owner" who I spoke with just days ago, doesn't remember who I am because so many people are dropping this scam because of the same reason I did: There are zero leads and every ad for this company promises multiple leads a week. I checked the pipeline every 2 minutes for 2 days straight and not even one lead came through.
This company is a scam!! They do not provide leads but promise them as the main incentive to join. Most of these reviews only seem to use this as an expensive trip planner for themselves - Expedia exists and is free!!
I will be demanding a refund since this company engages in false advertising and scams.

Being able to search flights and hotel and also adding them to the proposal with one page is a new concept that I just knew as an advisor. Would recommend this

Very nice platform to create great experiences for customers! I found the app very easy to navigate. The workflow is fluid and fast. I can recommend users to use that platform for building the best trips for your clients and being effective too.

I’ve been using the website to plan trips, and I really enjoyed the experience. You just fill out a few simple forms with your preferences, and the website uses AI to recommend a personalized trip plan. I found it really easy to use, and I liked how the recommendations were tailored to what I was looking for.

I really enjoyed using Tripdash. The platform is clean, simple, and very easy to navigate, and I liked how the trip-planning process guides you through your preferences, budget, and travel style without making it feel complicated. The design is probably my favorite part because it feels modern and polished, with nice details like the airplane cursor and travel photo animations. I also liked the suggestions based on different vibes, events, and popular trips. Overall, I think Tripdash has a great concept and can save a lot of time compared with planning everything across different websites. I would definitely use it again for future trips.

Tripdash is user friendly and has been well organized. Simple dashboard to see trip details, dates, destinations and itnieary informationall in one place. The clean design and the layout of the day by day itineraries were the ones that I liked the most, as planing seemed to be more straightforward. it is a good platform to travel and advisors who want an organized travel experience.

The concept is good and the platform has a lot of potential, although I did come across some issues with the booking flow. When trying to plan a trip, some of the countries and destination options I expected to see weren’t appearing, which made it difficult to progress through the process. I also wasn’t ultimately provided with a completed trip plan, so the experience felt unfinished rather than taking me from planning through to a usable itinerary. If the destination selection and trip-generation process were made more reliable, I think it would make the overall experience much more useful and easier to recommend.

Tripdash makes managing multiple complex trips and excursions simultaneously effortless. The platform is reliable and stands out with its clean calendar view, which keeps scheduling organized and stress-free. In addition, its timely training courses are genuinely valuable for growing as a travel advisor. While a smarter search bar for subtabs would improve navigation, I definitely recommend trying the platform yourself.

The UI was intuitive and it guided you through everything that you think of while making a trip!

The concept of Tripdash is great.

Anyone who travel knows it takes a lot of planning, but this website simplifies everything.

I like that.

However, some of the features on the travelers side were unusable.

Now, everything worked perfect on the advisors side.

However, it feels weird to me that someone has to pay to become an advisor.

Anyway,

the website is set up nicely for advisors and I discovered real advisors create the itineraries

As a traveler, I was able to get an itinerary for the days ahead during my next trip. Some user features were off, but a little elbow grease can fix that.

However, the app provided simplicity, which is most important.

This is a very useful and interesting site for planning trips. You tell it what you are looking for and your budget and it plans a trip and has a real travel advisor help you. The only site I've seen that does something like it and it's somewhat surprising no one else has thought of it yet. A big time saver for planning trips.

Tripdash has streamlined how I manage client trips. The dashboard gives me complete visibility of active trips, tasks, and certifications at a glance. The itinerary editor is intuitive, with easy drag-and-drop functionality that saves instantly.

Everything I need, including flights, hotels, CRM, calendar, earnings, and pipeline, is well-organized and easily accessible. The status tracking (planning, booked, live, wrapped) helps me quickly understand where each client stands and what action is needed next.
The platform centralizes itinerary planning, client communication, and booking tracking in one place, saving time and reducing administrative overhead.

If I had to suggest enhancements, expanding currency options and adding a tax section would be welcome additions for advisors in different regions.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Tripdash to fellow travel advisors.

I liked tha web site for a good planing a day so a can see everything I want, also for a looking for cheapper hottlels that is importatnt for me and easy of use to book a needed fligths for all my family members. It's has also a cool statistic with your travelling.

I enjoyed chatting with Marlow to find travel options based on my budget and location preference. The homepage was confusing because it led me to an application to become a travel advisor and I was unable to click on the link for travelers. It took some navigating through the website to find the sign up for travelers. I’d use it again in the future for planning a family vacation. I think it would help me to narrow down locations that my kids would enjoy while helping me stay on budget. As a traveler, I’d make the homepage easier to navigate and understand. I think Marlow is a great tool that needs to be showcased.

Tripdash.net when I click on it's link and direct me to it's dashboard. it was quite amazing and easy to use. have great color combination etc. there was nothing that confuse you. it was very useful for me to plan a trip through Tripdash. If want to plan again any trip, i will use Tripdash.net.
100% recomended

I had high hopes for Tripdash. One positive is that the interface is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. I wanted to give it a 4 stars or higher, but I didn't think all functionalities are fully implemented at this point.
For starters, I found the placement of the prompt panel on the left side of the screen unusual, as most chat-based applications place it on the right or in the center.
The layout also leaves a lot of screen space unused. For example, hotel images appear inside the chat panel rather than being displayed more prominently in the center of the screen.
Another frustrating issue was the lack of a clear “Flying To” field. The product seems to rely too heavily on AI to interpret basic trip details. When in doubt, remember the KISS principle: keep it short and simple. It would be helpful to offer multiple input methods so users could easily type in the details into the labeled fields - number of travelers, travel dates, trip duration, and budget.
Unfortunately, I was unable to successfully plan a trip after at least ten attempts. I understand that the product is still in development, but the AI model and overall user experience need further improvement. In its current state, I would continue using Tripadvisor as my primary vacation-planning resource until improvements are made.

This app is easy to use and quickly puts together a plan within your budget. I wish there were more options to edit and customize it. It’s a useful starting point for planning a trip.
