Used Tripowa to book Qasr Al Watan tickets as they had the best price. Tickets came through within a few minutes of payment. Will definitely use them again in the near future.

Hi Nitin,

I'm sorry for the stress this caused in the moment, I completely understand how unsettling it is to have a ticket problem at the gate.

Here's what happened: it was the final day of Miracle Garden's season, and our primary ticketing partner had an issue with the passes that day. As soon as we knew, we sourced fresh tickets from another partner and sent them over, and you were able to enter the garden. On top of that, we've initiated a full refund as a gesture for the trouble.

We genuinely tried to make this right, and we did got in. If there's any other concern, please write to operations@tripowa.com and I'll handle it personally.

I didn't get the ticket in time

I didn't get the ticket in time. After I sent the cancellation email, I still got charged and been issued the ticket which I had no chance to use any more.

Hi, thanks for the feedback and we're sorry for the frustration.

On checking the timeline, the ticket was issued before your cancellation request reached us. The delay was due to a technical issue on our supply partner's side, which we communicated at the time. As the ticket was on a non-cancellable fare, we weren't able to process a refund.

If you'd like us to take another look, please write to operations@tripowa.com with your booking ID and we'll review it again.

So glad I found Tripowa when planning…

So glad I found Tripowa when planning this trip. Booking was simple, they were helpful and everything went smoothly on the day. IMG Worlds was an unforgettable experience, great rides, amazing atmosphere and kind staff throughout. The whole day felt effortless because the booking side was handled so well. Five stars for Tripowa and five stars for IMG Worlds!
