We were really apprehensive about all our belongings going off in a removal van but from day one Tripp put our mind at ease. The men came and were so friendly and didn’t mind helping with whatever needed help. They all pulled together and hearing them laughing made things so much more pleasurable.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the house falling through, that was no issue for these guys they turned the vans around from the new address brought all our stuff back and started unloading. To only get a call the next day to say it was back on. Without hesitation they managed to pull all unused vans and men as we had an hour to load our belongings again. They help, not only the guys gave but behind the scenes, receptionist, management were no other than excellent. We as a family would and couldn’t recommend anyone higher than Tripp.

From my fist phone call to the day I moved, A H Tripp were extremely helpful. Moving day is always stressful, but the removal team Wayne and John took all my stress away. They were professional with such good humour, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this company for a hassle free move.

Great service from start to finish. The packing team came in the day before the move and started packing the contents of the house and the removal team arrived early the next morning to begin the removal, the team were friendly, helpful and courteous and got everything loaded up quickly and efficiently. We had a delay in getting the keys for the new property so the team was waiting for us to arrive but they worked really hard to get everything into our new house and unpacked despite the delay. Their helpfulness made everything a lot less stressful, I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving house.

This is the third time I have used this company for removals. I have also stored items with them. The service is 100% efficient, very polite, thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Our move was from Marlow to Norfolk and the team were brilliant. They arrived on time and logically worked through the house. Everything was carefully packed and no damages were incurred.
Dave was particularly helpful, very chilled but very professional. He co-ordinated the house clearance and then did the driving to Norfolk. We were moving into a new build and he and his colleague were really careful, they also put floor covering down to protect the carpeted areas.
Considering that there were only two of them to unload, they did an amazing job.
There was a slight problem with some of the garden plants, which wouldn't fit onto the main van, so a small van was provided and many thanks to Liam who drove this up the day after.
Albeit that this review is somewhat belated we just wanted to say a big thank you for all your hard work.

A H Tripp & Sons helped us move house last week and they were brilliant, they arrived between 8-9am as promised and got straight to it, they were logical with the order of boxes and careful with all out items, covering up sofas/beds etc with big blankets to protect them. We were moving into a new build so I was pretty nervous about walls getting bashed and new carpets ruined but they were very careful and considerate and protected all the floors with covers before starting. Super friendly and professional lovely guys, I would highly recommend!

First class and professional throughout our quite challenging move. Communication with the estimator and office was helpful and efficient. Planning the move was straightforward. Tripps started and finished exactly as planned. The removal team was professional, pleasant, careful, and speedy throughout. A pleasure to work with.

I have had a complex downsize arrangement, moving from a very large family home to a small bungalow, but also retaining an apartment to dwell in while I had the bungalow extended. In addition to having A.H. Tripp and Son Ltd work with me on every aspect of my moving from property to property, I have also had to use their storage service.
They have been the best I could have wished for in helping me work through the moves, storing and disposing process calmly and efficiently. They are extremely courteous people and answer queries promptly and clearly. They were recommend to me by friends who had used their services and I am certainly very pleased to recommend them to others.

The Tripp team was really helpful and James looked after us incredibly well. Very careful and very diligent indeed.

Great to deal with on the phone, moved a piano for me with no problems. My only niggle is that they arrived much earlier than planned without warning me the day before - only calling half an hour before the new pick up time.
